About BMEA

Biomea Fusion, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company, which engages in the discovery, development, and commercialization of covalent small molecule drugs to treat patients with genetically defined cancers and metabolic disorders, such as diabetes. It offers its lead product candidate, BMF-219, an orally bioavailable, potent, and selective covalent inhibitor of menin, a transcriptional regulator known to play a direct role in oncogenic signaling in multiple cancers. The company was founded by Thomas Butler and Ramses Erdtmann in August 2017 and is headquartered in San Carlos, CA.

$BMEA My average cost is now down to $9, from over $37 a few years ago — yeah, it's a big drawdown, and I'm not ashamed to say it. What matters is conviction: I believe in this story, and I think Biomea has a long way to go 🧨🧨🧨

$BMEA Personal price target for this is 6-700M market cap if we read in the mid 5%+ for cohorts 1- 4 and 6%+ for cohort 5, with low tolerable issues. With warrants, 2028s are likely irrelevant; we should be looking at sub-100 m shares (about 95 to 97 M), which does put the price-per-share target around $6-$7. This would put us in line with most other oral GLP1s at this stage. Which is basically where analysts landed, for what it is worth. But who knows. Let the chips fall where they may. *Mid 5% and 6% for the correlated cohorts is likely on the lower end. If we read 6.5% and 8%. ALL BETS ARE OFF.

$BMEA The biggest thing in today's presentation was the phrase "PARTNERING on OBESITY". There are two companies that this type of a setup could fit best with. 1. AMGEN. They desperately need an oral obesity GLP-1. BMF-650 is what they covet desperately. Amgen CEO's are very familiar withcBMEA executives. 2. Novo Nordisk. By adding both Icovamenib & BMF-650 to their metabolic program they could seriously defeat their biggest foe, Lilly. The fact that Semaglutide is already in combination trials with Icovamenib for obesity creates a direct link to Novo perhaps already being involved without a formal confirmation yet to be released. The obesity link seems to be highly probable. BMF-650 as a 1-step titration would be huge for Novo. Without knowing anything concrete, all indicators point to Novo getting into bed with BMEA. Novo lost out on Metsera to Pfizer & this arrangement would reverse that stain. (Pfizer is possible but this dynamic really smells like Novo)

$BMEA that's all for me folks for this week. See you next week. This conf was very very positive. I really did not expect that. Even more confident than before. My 2 cents: Wainwritmght conf today was just the warmup. They rather target the EASD conf in Milan on Sept 28 : EASD is a top global diabetes congress alongside the ADA (~15,000 experts). It is a key venue for major Phase 1-3 clinical trial readouts and a Tier-1 market catalyst for biopharma stocks, closely monitored for its impact on valuations

$BMEA Novo has four sessions at EASD, all related to our interests and with strong overlap to the Leicester study. My model gets it! Makes me want to go to Milan.

$BMEA Erdtmann redeemed himself with me today. All the things he left in doubt after the hash of the summer deck updates were clarified today. I'd still like my update about his bungling of the clinicaltrials update for the 5th Cohort, however. Today he made four critical things clear today: 1. With over 500 patients and known dosing and safety profile, we have not only a huge lead but the only validating human data. 2. With one-step titration, they will be the first of a new generation of GLP-1 agonists. 3. The BMF-650 data will be released in the next two weeks. I'm betting on EASD, before their first scientist presents there on Sept. 28th. 4. Most importantly, they are going TO PARTNER the weight-loss and solve the cash crunch. Super bullish for the pending readout. EASD schedule: Juan Pablo Frías, M.D. will present at the INNODIA symposium on T1D therapies, presenting the segment listed as “Beta cell health 3.” Monday, September 28, Berlin Hall. Full symposium: 3–7 p.m. CEST / 9 a.m.–1 p.m. EDT; his individual time is unspecified. Mini Balakrishnan, Ph.D. will present Abstract 774, discussing icovamenib’s mechanisms supporting metabolic health; short oral session SO 067. Tuesday, September 29, noon–1 p.m. CEST / 6–7 a.m. I'm expecting a company PR announcing execs in attendance before as well. Milan is going to be beautiful!

$BMEA Everyone, go check the Investing app to look at the historical price action on Biomea—it is very instructive. Before each past dilution in June and October 2025, the stock price was artificially pumped for a while, only to be aggressively dumped right after management initiated dilutions at the worst possible time. So when I read speaking so highly of management and claiming they protect retail shareholders, I really start to question this guy. It's true that he writes well and sounds convincing, but he is not authentic. I'm extremely wary of him: either he is a pumper looking out for his own bags, or he is getting paid to write his prose. Just look at $MLTX, for example: he pumped that stock non-stop, only to virtually disappear right after a massive $200M+ dilution executed by the company. And notice that apart from Biomea (and previously MLTX), he doesn't post anywhere else under the "Creisi" handle

$BMEA New to Stocktwits, but I’ve been a long-time $BMEA shareholder. We are officially entering the most exciting phase yet. Seeing others try to replicate their science (check today's news) is the ultimate proof that this platform actually works. Absolute gem—primed to be an M&A target! 🚀🔥

$BMEA Well, I'm up to about 41k shares now. Really wish I would have bought all of it at $1.20, but feel like this puppy wants to run after forming the golden cross. Really hoping we get some great readouts.

$BMEA Dr. Thorsten Kirschberg is the real deal. 14 years at Gilead's research core, then Chief Chemistry roles at Terns and now EVP of Research at Biomea. Co-inventor on dozens of patents, including complex covalent inhibitors and oral GLP-1 agonists. This is exactly the kind of "drug hunter" pedigree that turns intolerable chemistry into something patients can actually take. A top-tier medicinal chemist quietly building the molecules behind BMEA's pipeline. Respect where it's due. 🙌 With Dr. Kirdchberg, Dr. Hitchkock and Dr. Juan Pablo Frías all on board, Biomea Fusion is fielding three genuinely world-class names in biopharma — an unusually deep bench of top-tier talent rarely found together in a single small-cap biotech.

$BMEA At Gilead, Mick's historical success was built on optimizing the value of oral small molecules during clinical phases. He understands that an early-stage company captures its highest margin of return for shareholders by selling a validated, de-risked platform to a corporate buyer with an existing, global distribution infrastructure. He wrote the book on M&A and using CVR's to make them happen asap. With over 82% of his compensation tied directly to options and equity, a multi-billion-dollar acquisition from Lilly, Pfizer, Sanof, etc., completely accelerates his wealth generation. If he engineers a buyout his equity structure provides an immediate payout of extreme wealth; which no matter who you are, is a massive motivator. He didn't come back to tarnish his stellar reputation, he came back to extend the mythical legacy.

$BMEA No Mick. No data. That's his playbook. He doesn't take the stage when he doesn't have something new to drop. Two more weeks to accumulate. Still bullish as hell!

$BMEA I do not revise the clinical-efficacy model upward because the stock has risen. Tape action is not clinical evidence. I do revise the likely first-day upside tails modestly upward because: * the stock has demonstrated real demand; * the October call positioning can amplify a breakout; * some directional shorts are now underwater; * management has repaired the deck issue; * and the market is approaching the warrant-financing threshold before the data. My updated ranges below assume that the headline numbers are supported by full patient disposition and are not based on selected completers. What would not qualify for the base range A press release claiming “up to 6%” would not belong in the base case if it also contained: * only six or seven evaluable patients from Cohort 5; * a selected-completer analysis; * no pooled placebo disclosure; * unexplained discontinuations; * omission of earlier cohorts; * substantial nausea or vomiting; * or no commitment to Phase II. A superficially positive but poorly disclosed result could leave BMEA around $1.75–$2.75, despite an initially favorable headline. That said, UPDATES: Base case 4.8%–5.5% placebo-adjusted; approximately 5.7%–6.3% absolute; acceptable GI profile; clean PK; clear Phase II go $3.25–$5.00 first day or two $3.25–$4.50 first three weeks Mid/strong case 5.6%–6.5% adjusted; successful rapid titration; no material discontinuation burden; convincing dose/exposure response $5.00–$8.50 first day or two $4.75–$7.00 first three weeks Best/BIC case 6.5%–7.5%+ adjusted; all-treated analysis; pristine tolerability; clean PK; strong Day-43 trajectory; unequivocal Phase II plan $8.50–$14.00 first day or two $7.00–$11.00 first three weeks Best case plus strategic financing/partnership BIC-like data plus pharma option/license, strategic investment or funded Phase II plan $10–$16 first day or two $9–$14 first three weeks

$BMEA Few things here. No data read out today (which I figured was most likely) The price drop is nothing but low volume and shorting. Taking a bunch of your weak retail's hands, which I love for you. You don't deserve your shares. Confirmed readout before end of month by IR. That's 11 trading days. If you fold your hand this close you deserve to miss the boat.

$BMEA CEO Mick Hitchcock and CMO Dr. Juan Pablo Frías presenting together on Sept 15 is a major bullish signal. You don’t put biotech veterans of their caliber on stage for mediocre data. Preclinically, BMF-650 delivered up to 15% weight loss in 28 days in primates, showing higher bioavailability and lower PK variability than rival oral GLP-1s (orforglipron chemotype). Having the clinical architect of blockbusters like Mounjaro (Frías) alongside Gilead veteran Hitchcock front and center signals immense conviction in $BMEA. Expect shorts to attempt suppressing the price ahead of explosive news—a prime chance to load the dip at a steep discount! #BMF650

$BMEA For what it is worth I did write to IR and they wrote back. It was a second attempt with the CEO CCed that ended up getting the response. I tried to ask vague enough question that could be answered. The main one being this: is there last guidance of Q3 still on track for BMF 650. The response was yes. I tired to ask if during the conference if anything new would be annouced but was met with the typical legal response. Which I understand why. That said, she seemed a little saucy, which I like. I have dealt with lots of IR. I'd rather deal with a human than generic corporate non-answers. So this month is reconfirmed. So now to end of month.

$BMEA that was a nice little buying spree at the end. Truly did not see that happening today, but that’s why you love the stock market.

$BMEA Take this for what it’s worth and this is not a head to head comparison. Both BMEA and Roche tested their oral GLP-1 candidates in monkeys, and the results are shown below. If BMF-650 follows the same monkey to human translation seen with Roche’s CT-996 and produces similar weightloss percentages in people, things could get very interesting for BMEA.

$BMEA Holding until COVALENT 211 readout in Q1 2027. You aint getting my shares. Nothing to see here until after BMF data. I am thinking it will happen on either 15th sept before their presentation. If not, then I am betting on 28th of 29th in the morning. I have had enough of checking Stocktwits and the tape. Going on a 90% detox until we have BMF published.
