$BTLN I'm really hoping that most are positioned, some are absorbing the cheap shares as they are sold on very low volume, and that is why we are seeing a daily drop in price. Tyler did finally email me back on Monday and I responded with a few times, but as of now, I haven't heard back.

Yesterday’s drop was driven by pure name confusion: The bankruptcy headlines are about Brightline Trains (the private, unlisted rail operator), NOT Brightline Interactive. News aggregators simply linked the story to $BTLN because they share the name "Brightline".

$BTLN The delayed defence contracts. If there's a big defence deal + a Swarmer full contract, we could see a 20x here on hype.

$BTLN one important note is that 10m, the vast majority of the losses were a 'goodwill impairment'. Essentially it's when they determine an asset has declined in value (in this case Brightline) and list that as operating expenses. Eg if I buy a car for 20k and it becomes worth 10k, I can write 10k in operating expenses which go onto losses. The 16m loss is actually 6m.

Tracking seven NASDAQ stocks with reverse splits on Monday. Expect trading to halt at 7:50pm ET tonight and resume at 9:00am Monday morning. Summary split into two parts. Part 1 of 2: $BTLN 1 for 8. Will reduce outstanding shares from approx 23.48m to approx 2.94m. $CTNT 1 for 150. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 199.81m to approx 1.33m. $DCX 1 for 160. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 375.39m to approx 2.35m. $DLXY 1 for 5. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 7.17m to approx 1.43m.

$BTLN just think what could happen with a funded contract and a float of 2.7 million at $5/share post split 🤔 Swarmer IPOd at $5/share with 3.45 million shares for sale and went nuts

$BTLN A timely update from management is critical at this juncture; the current lack of communication is exposing the stock to a break of the critical $3.36 support level.

$BTLN some of us have been around for a long time waiting for "to unlock shareholder value". The question is, where is the key?

$BTLN How this is at 11.61m market cap is a joke. And unfortunately nothing to do with 'bad market', 'people not understanding how great spatialcore is'. Tyler needs to deliver contract announcements, best time was last week and second best time is today. If you don't provide revs, don't announce contracts, and don't respect your investors and wider markets... you get cuntpunted down on the weekly.

$BTLN agreed. A Reverse stock split doesn't inherently make the stock worth less. Actually since there is less shares on the open market it can be a good thing.

$BTLN sometimes you need a decent for an accent. In other words, lower lows = higher highs! I’m still faithfully in!

$BTLN wow they diluted this stock. I can’t believe it is sitting at a $17 million market cap and it’s pennies away from its all-time low. They have printed a ton of shares. 

$BTLN that's a lot of volume already for this stock for the day. It's like already having over 220k in volume before the rs. Could someone know something?

$BTLN ...beginning to question if market makers are facilitating a market without bias or seeing how much they can make for their masters...?...I wish if there was not a match they would leave it alone until their is a legitimate match...same goes for all stocks but would mean far less volume and spreads to create and take...

$BTLN ...some front ran this news yesterdays to knock it down to .6 and now the legit news release can knock it 20% further down from there...20% from .7 would have been little better...want to know if bankruptcy mistake is real or created...?

$BTLN ...did sec even read or decide the appeal for extension...???...from what i read they met all requirements for extension...maybe for some sneaky reason management or the club wanted it split...only purchased this with very good chance they get extension...was there any news of this being rejected...?

$BTLN $LAES $SAIQ so the timeline for certification is moved back until December or later. No need for companies to wait according to Carlos but investors should have it appears!
