CEPL Capstone Energy+ Inc.

$CEPL is back to square one, right where last year’s premature AI-driven rally began. The market has now priced out pretty much all of the valuation premium previously assigned to the stock on expectations surrounding its AI-related business. In hindsight, I’m glad I took at least some profits near the top. With the price now back to the ground, I’m starting to build up my position again. I’m looking at CEPL as a long-term play over the next few years. I like the company’s new business foundation, with increasingly more stable cash flow and gradually improving margins. At these levels, I see the downside as relatively limited, while the upside could be substantial if management manages to execute on a clearer strategy and expand the business more aggressively. The hype has largely faded, but the long-term potential may still be there. 🚀

$CEPL In the prospectus, Anthropic discusses launching a new initiative, "Anthropic Direct," to build its own dedicated data centers rather than relying entirely on third-party cloud providers. The company expects this move to lower its long-term costs. Partner companies will buy the land, secure power, build the facilities, and run the daily operations. Anthropic will then lease the computing power directly from those partners. Last month, Anthropic began signing these agreements, committing to $125.2 billion in lease payments over five years, before interest. Anthropic is likely to use behind-the-meter power generation for its data centers to accelerate its development.

$CEPL paving it's way back up from here, winter is coming, people need energy and heat = revenue going up. (To be translated in next Q earning report, pending...)

$CEPL I encourage everyone here to contact investor relations at Capstone and voice your displeasure with management. It may not change anything but letting them know how much they suck did make me feel a little better about my losses.

Schwertner is an independent director designated by Monarch Alternative Capital LP under the terms of its strategic investment in the Company announced in March 2026.

$CEPL Have any of you ever seen a CEO (Canino) run their mouth constantly about ’discussions’ ’conventions’ ’presentations’ ’plans’ — YET, literally never follows up with not even one signifiant result achieved that will meaningfully generate profits. This guy is a quack — all he can talk about is how great his people are and achieves nothing with any substantial sales deals. Vince — get out if the biz and get on a lecture circuit to funnyfarms. Respectfully, does anyone disagree?
