It added that the issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented at 12:03 PM EST.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Analyst Action</h2>Morgan Stanley raised the firm's price target on Reddit to $265 from $250 and kept an ‘Overweight’ rating on the shares.&nbsp;The firm thinks 2026 will be "thematically similar" to 2025 in the internet sector, with the market likely to reward companies demonstrating material positive return on invested capital (ROIC) from GenAI or GPU enabled technologies, the analyst told investors in a note, as per TheFly.&nbsp;Evercore ISI also initiated coverage of Reddit with an ‘Outperform’ rating and $320 price target.
