a few charts this week triggered buy signals which is a nice change for once 
 
The Nasdaq flashed a blue bar buy-signal and while this is bullish I am hesitant to say that one should plow into tech $COMPQ  
 
The reason is this color bar tends to reflect itchy trigger-finger trader bros with less follow-thru demand in weeks afterward. I have lots of chart examples of this if anyone is interested 
 
so my interpretation of this Signal is "cautiously-bullish" rather than "bang the table" bullish
