According to a&nbsp;<a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.wsj.com/world/china/china-hatches-plan-to-keep-u-s-military-from-getting-its-rare-earth-magnets-f349ee65">report</a> by The Wall Street Journal, Beijing is evaluating the use of a ‘validated end-user’ system to fast-track certain export licenses.
