CRTG Coretec Group Inc

$CRTG Just to be optimistic. The fact that the company filed a form 15 response is a good sign. Most of the time these little companies just disappear in to the sunset and you never hear from them again. Just maybe they have a plan of action.

$CRTG more from Walrus When Seon Kim represented Coee Optics in the shareholder call shortly after the share exchange was announced he put up a slide that said this is who we are and it named about 10 billion dollar companies. There is no way that statement represented Core Optics at that time . He talked about Sony and SK Hynix but he misled shareholders to believe Core Optics was hooked up with those 10 or 11 companies which i highly doubt they were. Is media mentioned those companies in their 2023 roadmap at the end of 2022 but no way Core Optocs was in a position to make that statement. I believe it was misleading and shareholders went out and bought stock based on that presentation that suggested Core Optics who would become a wholly owned by crtg was in that position with all those companies where they could truly say “ this is who we are “ it was misleading and done so I believe with every understanding that it was not true

$CRTG NOT good. They must file a whole bunch of reports to get back on track. Let’s see if they do it.

$CRTG So crtg had ten days to respond to the SEC or maybe 8 now, it’s been fun everyone 👀🫠
