Helios has already secured 800 megawatts of approved and committed power capacity, with an additional 1.7 gigawatts (GW) under various stages of development and permitting. At full buildout, the campus could reach 3.5 GW.Moreover, Galaxy has secured a 15-year, 393-megawatt (MW) commitment from CoreWeave, which is expected to generate $700 million in annual revenue at full capacity. (CIFR) stock soared over 10% higher on Thursday after the company entered into a&nbsp;ten-year agreement with Fluidstack, an artificial intelligence cloud platform provider.Under the terms of the 10-year colocation partnership, Cipher will allocate 168 megawatts (MW) of dedicated IT power, supported by up to 244 MW in total infrastructure capacity, at its Barber Lake campus in Colorado City, Texas. The site, spanning 587 acres with potential expansion to 500 MW, is designed to cater to the evolving needs of AI and advanced computing workloads.The deal is expected to yield around $3 billion in revenue for Cipher over the initial contract period. Two optional five-year extensions could potentially raise that figure to $7 billion.Following the announcement, the stock became the second-most trending equity ticker on Stocktwits. Stablecoin issuer Circle Internet Group, Inc.'s (CRCL) shares came under selling pressure in Wednesday’s early premarket&nbsp;trading, signaling a potential reversal from the previous session.The negative sentiment can be traced back to the company’s filing of an S-1 registration statement with the SEC regarding a 10 million common stock offering. The company would offer 2 million shares, and selling shareholders would offload the remaining 8 million shares.The company went public on June 5, and since its listing on the NYSE, the&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/CRCL">Circle stock</a> has nearly doubled to $163.21.Circle said in the regulatory filing that it expects to raise net proceeds of $309.4 million from the offering, or $542.6 million if the underwriters exercise their options.
