$RNAZ The most recent "TCT" preclinical study involved implanting breast cancer cells prone to bone metastasis directly into the tibial bones of mice. I read the study and like it. It is a logical continuation of existing work, which further expands the potential applications of the MC/TTX delivery platform to deliver therapeutics (such as anti-miR-10b) targeting cancer metastasis by inhibiting miR-10b, a significant mediator promoting the seeding and homing of many types of cancer metastases. Treatment prolonged the median survival of mice with bone metastases from about 50 days to approximately 85 days.

CtDNA as a metastatic disease biomarker opens new horizons and possibilities in study designs and FDA approval. The interim CFO John Tattory reports ~ 17 M common shares outstanding as of June, current market cap 28 M. First preliminary phase 2A results possible by end of this year. Many other potential catalysts / inflection points reported. Dr Z was unusually cold overall and also very brief, lowkey, during QA session. Tattory, came yesterday, was not informed yet about CVRs to answer that Q.

$RNAZ no one else is seeing or believing in this company… just few of us desperate ones, hoping for a miracle... Hopefully, $100 million spend was not a complete waste. good luck, if you have any money, please use it to buy more RNAZ shares…

$RNAZ I thought it was going to do what it does best... I read the files of 10-Q, CK /DEFJ owns more than %80 of the float ? Just like before... Low effective float + low liquidity + catalyst proximity + depressed valuation. Risk thesis Yorkville/dilution can destroy the setup if financing happens before the catalyst. A CATALYST... is always there waiting. LLP.. But; something is wrong. rising volume while SP is getting lower and lower doesn't look good... a few k making it (-%10). Volatile. But for what. Which way. Technicals doesn't even matter in this, there is no buyer for scalping either, and something similar is happening PM too.. P&D. Exactly before open. I'm gonna cut the thesis here. Not worth the R/R anymore. It can do %200 in a day ? Sure seen that, but it is falling more than %50 before doing that %200, there are better trades.

$RNAZ First results might come toward the end of this year. Since circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) levels can be measured relatively easily, and measurements are planned at baseline and every month after dosing with TTX-MC138, interim results should be coming relatively quickly and frequently. Any decrease in ctDNA could suggest slowing and/or halting of metastatic colorectal cancer progression. In this study, this is particularly interesting because such metastases would otherwise typically become visible by CT/MRI within one year in the same patients.

$RNAZ beautiful early stage data.. thank you for summarizing it. kind of reminiscent of all their data for past 3-4 years… they do some great early stage studies. seems to be their specialty.. I just wish they would get done/started with these phase 2 studies… oh well, keep hope alive..

$RNAZ I have repeatedly warned investors not to enter this hole, but unfortunately many still fell into it. My concern kept growing that CK would eventually discover that this company does not understand medicine, execution, or investor value. Now, in my opinion, the truth has been exposed. CK appears to have moved to free up its shares and escape. Meanwhile, $RNAZ acquired another company that also needs liquidity. The share count is now around 16 million shares, and TransCode itself stated in its latest update that it needs additional capital. The worst part is that the company has not even clearly started the new treatment cycle with confirmed dosing. It looks like they only want more money and more rewards for dreams that may never happen.

$RNAZ they know their thing, making technicals extremely oversold so the pump will take this into double digits, after that they can complete P&D with offerings and financing as usual.. if' they did not dilute, which would be desperate attemp to escape bankrupcy tho same story with Ocean, Iterum and Rvlp.
