This represents a 32% premium based on the company’s share price before speculation of the deal surfaced on August 15.&nbsp;The agreement also includes a minority investment by a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/DAY">Dayforce stock&nbsp;</a>traded over 1% higher in Thursday’s premarket. On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the stock remained in ‘extremely bullish’ territory amid ‘extremely high’ message volume levels.&nbsp;The board of directors at Dayforce has unanimously backed the acquisition.
