In a regulatory filing with the exchanges, the company stated that it has secured an order for electricity distribution-related projects in Yavatmal, Nashik Urban, Latur, and Osmanabad circles.

Dilip Buildcon announced that the Dilip Buildcon Vijay Kumar Mishra Construction (Joint Venture) [DBL-VKMCPL (JV)] has executed the agreement with the Water Resources Department Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal (M. P.). The Rs 699.03 crore project entails construction of Malhargarh Pressurized Micro Lift Major Irrigation Project on turnkey basis (Project For 46500 Ha. Irrigation) comprising of preparation of Construction drawings & design, obtaining approval of all construction drawing & design from the competent authority including construction of all civil, mechanical and electrical works involved in the construction of Project.

The scope of the project entails “construction of Malhargarh pressurized micro lift major irrigation project on turnkey basis (project for 46,500 Ha. irrigation) comprising of preparation of construction drawings & design, obtaining approval of all construction drawing & design from the competent authority including construction of all civil, mechanical and electrical works involved in the construction of project,” the company stated in the press release.The cost of the project stood at Rs 699.03 crore and the completion period is 36 months while management, operation and maintenance (MOM) is for the period of 60 months after completion, it added.Dilip Buildcon is one of the leading full-service infrastructure company with construction capabilities in roads & bridges, mining, water sanitation, sewage, dams, irrigation, industrial, commercial and residential buildings with a presence in over 19 states & 1 union territory.The company reported consolidated net profit of Rs 12.68 crore in Q1 FY24 as compared with net loss of Rs 53.94 crore in Q1 FY23. The Rs 1275.30 crore project entails engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, trial run and operation and maintenance for 10 Years of Narmada Gambhir Multi Village Drinking Water Supply Scheme District Ujjain in Single Package on turn key job basis.The project is to be completed within 24 months.
