$DEFT zec etp now has 1m aum... small in the larger scheme but just how quickiy they got that to 1m aum is the interesting part. Demand for their products is there, we need ucits thats our ticket out of penny stock land and into being a larger serious player with

$DEFT Something is very wrong here. I'm now treating quite a few million shares as lost money. I don't trust or believe management. I personally am going to let it play itself out. For years, almost since the early days, I've been a shareholder here and have supported them. I watched it go through everything and always gave the the benefit of doubt. No more. There's no shareholder value. None.

$DEFT blame the war. Blame the interest rates. Blame the clarity act… all the finger pointing and no change of business model for two years just waiting for things external to change… is that really how to run a company? Cant they adapt and be proactive maybe even reactive at this point.

$DEFT I recognize no one cares, yet, it seems like they really need to go for the reverse split. Unless there is some seriously groundbreaking news or some kind of a merger or a buyout proposition, this isn't really going to change very much from the range it's in. For the first time I'm thinking about trying to find a place where I won't completely be destroyed by taking a loss.

$DEFT anyone know if the lights are still on at this company or has the lawsuit totally destroyed the company and taking up all the resources as well as some of their cash The case is still active last I looked there has been no word from the judge on dismissal

$DEFT q3 reporting is the next potential catalyst in my mind. Profitability should return as their AUM is beyond the threshold they have outlined previously and should be a better mix of products that are more profitable. Their balance sheet should improve overall as their underlying treasury assets and venture investments are repriced. I think they still have a good shot at regaining compliance organically without a reverse split. They are going to need to use any momentum coming out of Q3 and really get their value proposition out … and hopefully a few more products and initiatives progressing with visibility. The visibility part is key. So many more digital asset investments available to the market since the last bull. Need to stack some wins and gain visibility.
