I think the problem with $DPLS is they got a real bad CEO. When I look at every Dennis deal I see every deal he makes go boom. Dennis bought Remote Intelligence and drove it into the ground. Dennis bought Wildlife Specialists and TerraData Unmanned and drove them in to the ground also. Then Dennis bought TJM Electronics and again then drove them into the ground. Then Dennis bought Optilan and….drove them into the ground. Then Dennis does merger deal with GSD and surprise surprise this fails too. All these acquisition deals Dennis drives them all in the ground. All of them. And that is before all Dennis so called contracts that all fail to do any thing either. I can not name even one success story from Dennis. Every thing Dennis ever anmounced has failed unless some body can point out any successful deal ever.

He knew what he was doing, he was wanting investors to insinuate that the government had looked into his technology and acknowledged that it was gonna be great. This was not remotely true. This was BS, and most likely was paid under the table to even recieve it (no proof). It was for volunteer hours that I guarantee you he never actually did. He just used it to sell shares and of course too stroke his ego. What a Loser!

$DPLS these 6 patents Dennis got the license for especially the ones related to satellites, do you have any idea how much money it will take to bring them to the prototype level and then get them on a satellite for real world testing etc.? We are talking tens of millions of dollars. This is purely fluff from Dennis. He just can't go to Sanmina and say hey can you make this for me? Not only that, some of these patents have existed and been around for 10+ years. If they were anything feasible one would think someone would have hopped on this opportunity long ago.

I compared 3 year investment returns on $DPLS versus the S&P500 index. If you bought and held S&P500 index over last 3 years your investment would be up about 72%. If you bought and held $DPLS shares over last 3 years your investment would be down about -99%. So if a investor invested money in to a S&P 500 index fund instead of DPLS shares they would be up 72% on their investment instead of sitting on a -99% loss. Some people are so dumb. 🤷‍♂️

He claimed in the update that he needed an American accounting firm because (some) government contracts require that and because he suggested this new firm has more capacity than the last and if he actually manages to get a bunch of business they'll be ready to handle it.

At some point the obvious question becomes: what exactly is the core business, where are the engineering resources, and which of these announcements has actually progressed into meaningful commercial revenue? Patents, opportunities and proposed acquisitions are one thing. Execution and revenue are another.
