Fund managers and Wall Street firms have sounded warnings regarding a potential bubble waiting to burst, as AI names continue to splurge on building data center clusters to train AI models and for inference.&nbsp;Fellow AI infrastructure company CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV) reduced its outlook this week, citing a delay by a third-party data center developer. Late Thursday, the company said it has priced its offering of 9.250% senior secured notes due 2030 at an issue price of 97%.The company stated that it anticipates using the net proceeds from the offering, which is scheduled to close on November 30, to fund a portion of the construction and associated expenses for its 100 megawatt (MW) and 150 MW data centers at its North Dakota data center campus, as well as to repay debt.<h2 class="st-heading-2">What Retail Feels About Applied Digital Stock</h2>On Stocktwits, retail remained ‘bullish’ on Applied Digital stock as of early Friday, and the message volume on the stream was at ‘high’ levels.A bullish user reaffirmed their commitment to hold the stock despite the week’s declines. “I messed up by being irrational when QBTS and RGTI had their corrections under $10 and I sold. In a statement, Chairman and CEO Wes Cummins said, “With hyperscalers expected to invest approximately $350 billion into AI deployment this year, we believe we are in a prime position to serve as the modern-day picks and shovels of the intelligence era.”Once Polaris Forge 1 is fully operational, the company expects to hit an annualized net operating income (NOI) run rate of about $500 million. The company hopes that tenant signings at its second campus (Polaris Forge 2) will help it reach $1 billion in NOI within the next five years.At the end of the first quarter, the company had $114.1 million in cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash, while debt stood at $687.3 million. Why Applied Digital Stock Ripped 17% Higher In Today’s After-Hours

Shares of SEALSQ (LAES) jumped to a nine-month high on Thursday after the company announced a strategic partnership with Trusted Semiconductor Solutions to co-develop ‘Made in U.S.’ quantum-resistant secure chips for government and defense applications.<a href="http://stocktwits.com/symbol/LAES">LAES’s stock</a> had pared some of its gains by midday trade, but was up by as much as 19%. On Stocktwits, it was among the top trending tickers at the time of writing. Retail sentiment around the shares moved higher with ‘extremely bullish’ territory amid ‘extremely high’ levels of chatter.&nbsp;The partnership aims to combine SEALSQ’s secure element technology (QS7001) with TSS’s platforms to create semiconductors and secure hardware resilient against future quantum computing threats. The companies said their collaboration will adhere to the strictest U.S. defense security standards.SEALSQ said that collaborating with TSS would strengthen its footprint in the U.S. It stated that leveraging TSS’s established relationships and trusted position with the U.S. defense ecosystem would allow the company to accelerate access to sensitive national security markets.In the short term, the initiative will focus on integrating SEALSQ’s existing secure element with TSS platforms. Shares of artificial intelligence infrastructure company Applied Digital Corp. (APLD) shed about 0.60% in Thursday’s premarket session. The retreat occurred amid the broader market’s indecision, as the key market indices traded in record territory, and trader anxiety concerning the quarterly results, due after the market closes.According to Fiscal.ai, the Dallas, Texas-based company is expected to report a loss per share of $0.13 and revenue of $45.46 million for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026. This compares to the year-ago loss of $0.15 and revenue of $60.7 million.<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/APLD">Applied Digital stock</a> is up a whopping 266% so far this year, riding on the momentum seen in AI stocks, with much of the gains coming since the start of August. In late August, the company announced that it broke ground on Polaris Forge 2, a $3 billion, 280-megawatt (MW) AI Factory near Harwood, North Dakota. At that time, CEO Wes Cummins stated that Polaris Forge 2 represented the next stage in Applied Digital’s rapid growth and its position as a leader in delivering high-performance AI infrastructure.&nbsp;Shortly after, the company announced that it had finalized a new lease agreement with CoreWeave for an additional 150MW at its Polaris Forge 1 Campus, bringing its total anticipated contracted lease revenue to approximately $11 billion. This included the&nbsp; $7 billion in revenue from the initial two approximately 15-year leases executed in May this year.&nbsp;Applied Digital’s stock came under pressure in late September when it announced plans to sell 8.39 million shares of its common stock. Earlier this week, the company announced that it had received the initial funding from its previously disclosed perpetual preferred equity financing facility, valued at up to $5 billion, with Macquarie Asset Management.Roth Capital analysts said in a report published in late September that they see few surprises in the company’s first-quarter print, with some possible swings around the "lumpiness" of one-time technical fit-out revenue, the Fly reported. The analysts believe that the company could win another high-performance computing colocation agreement by the end of the year or into early 2026 for its 280MW Harwood site. Fermi LLC launched its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday, aiming to raise $550 million at a valuation of $13 billion.Co-founded by former U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Fermi is offering 25 million shares priced between $18 and $22, according to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).Fermi, which is a real estate investment trust (REIT), will be renamed Fermi Inc.&nbsp;from its existing name, Fermi LLC, and the stock will list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and the London Stock Exchange under the ticker “FRMI,” the company said in its filing. It was co-founded by Rick Perry, Toby Neugebauer, and Griffin Perry in January.Rick Perry was the Governor of Texas and served as the Energy Secretary in President Donald Trump’s first term.Fermi said in its filing that it intends to support the continued growth and development of its business, hire personnel, and increase its financial flexibility. Apart from this, the firm also intends to use the proceeds toward&nbsp;other general corporate purposes, including the procurement, construction, and installation of long lead-time items.The company also stated that it intends to have up to 11 gigawatts of power available to cater to data centers by 2038. It aims to achieve this through a combination of various power sources, including natural gas, solar energy, and nuclear power.Since its founding in January, the Texas-based company reported a net loss of $6.4 million through June, according to the SEC filing. This includes $3.6 million in share-based compensation expense and $2.1 million in general and administrative expenses.
