$ENSC 2026 has seen a number of corporate milestones, including completing the Cy Biopharma acquisition, which included a PIPE and private sector financing, and addressing Nasdaq compliance. The acquisition and related financings provided approximately $31 million in cash, net of transaction expenses. We submitted our Nasdaq equity compliance plan and in August, Nasdaq informed us that we met the stockholders’ equity requirement, subject to demonstrating continued compliance in our next periodic report. We have also obtained an extension through February 22, 2027, to address the separate minimum bid-price requirement. As we move to year end and our Annual General Meeting, we are focused on all aspects of NASDAQ compliance and finalizing steps associated with the Cy Biopharma transaction.
