Faraday Future Intelligent Electric is preparing for Middle East deliveries of its FX Super One at the end of October, following a series of regional engineering tests and U.S. safety milestones.Founder and Co-CEO YT Jia&nbsp;<a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://x.com/YTJiaFF/status/1970634534388375611">wrote on X</a> that the company initiated the homologation process for the Gulf region by testing the FX Super One’s HVAC system in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, to ensure it could perform effectively under the region’s extreme heat.&nbsp;The Gulf Cooperation Council requires vehicle air-conditioning to withstand temperatures above 115°F, which Jia called “the ultimate test of our technology.” Preliminary results are guiding the next phase of validation, he said.In August, Faraday said the FX Super One passed the first round of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) development tests for upper interior impact protection. The evaluations, conducted at the MGA Research facility in Michigan, measured head injury criteria in rollover scenarios using a Free Motion Head form. The company stated that the results were in line with expectations at this stage of development.Trial production is&nbsp;underway at Faraday’s Hanford, California, facility, where the company is verifying processes and training staff ahead of full-scale manufacturing. The FX Super One was unveiled in Los Angeles in July as Faraday’s first mass-market EV. The company stated that it secured more than 10,000 deposits for the model across both B2B and B2C channels.&nbsp;The vehicle will be available in multiple seating configurations, including four, six, and seven seats, and in both battery-electric and extended-range hybrid versions. All models include all-wheel drive.Faraday has highlighted cabin space and flexibility, with a 130-inch wheelbase and fold-flat seating. Cabin features include rear zero-gravity seats&nbsp;and widescreen displays with Dolby Atmos audio. Faraday Future To Launch FX Super One In The Middle East In October After UAE Heat and US Safety Tests

The FX Super One has drawn more than 10,000 deposits, offers multiple seating and powertrain configurations, and is now in trial production at the company’s Hanford, California, plant.

Shares of Qualigen Therapeutics soared as the top gainer among U.S.-listed stocks in pre-market trading on Monday, jumping over&nbsp;285%,&nbsp;driven by news of a major investment amid a strategic pivot.Late Friday, California-based EV maker Faraday Future Intelligent Electric said it will invest $41 million in Qualigen, giving the EV maker a majority stake in the biotech firm as it pivots into crypto and Web3.Faraday will put in $30 million for about 55% of Qualigen's stock, while founder and co-CEO YT Jia will add $4 million through a loan from FF Global Partners, securing about 7% ownership. Jia agreed to lock up his shares for two years. The announcement was made at Faraday's annual "919" event in Los Angeles.Other investors in the round include SIGN Foundation, a blockchain firm backed by Binance Labs, Sequoia Capital, IDG, and Circle. If approved by Qualigen stockholders, the transaction will give Faraday Future a controlling stake, board nomination rights, and leadership roles at the biotech, which plans to rebrand as CXC10.CXC10 will shift focus to a new crypto and Web3 strategy built on three “growth engines”: the C10 value anchor, including a treasury, index, and potential ETF; the BesTrade DeAI Agent to guide trading; and ecosystem tokens, including a planned stablecoin.&nbsp;YT Jia said these efforts would connect AI with crypto and bridge Web2 and Web3, maximizing value for both stockholders and token holders.Faraday Future highlighted C10 Treasury’s early performance, with $10 million in crypto asset allocations delivering an unrealized 7% gain by Sept. 18, beating the C10 Index.The company also used the 919 event to showcase updates to its FX Super One MPV, including a panoramic dual-screen interior, eye-tracking and gesture controls, and generative AI-powered software under its EAI OS. Why Is Qualigen Therapeutics’ Stock Surging Nearly 300% Premarket?

The stock surged pre-market after Faraday Future announced a $41 million investment that will give it control as the biotech pivots to a new CXC10 crypto and Web3 strategy.

Wolfpack Research announced on Thursday its short position in EV maker Faraday Future (FFAI) and opined that it would likely revert to being a penny stock before eventually delisting.The firm <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.wolfpackresearch.com/items/ffai%3A-this-house-of-cards-is-falling-apart-as-yt-jia%E2%80%99s-latest-pump-is-built-on-fake-orders-and-a-tsunami-of-lies">stated</a> that it believes the latest pump in stock value was based on “fake orders, a rebadged Chinese minivan and a tsunami of lies” intended to induce retail investors to buy ahead of dilution.FFAI’s stock jumped on July 22 after Nature’s Miracle announced a preorder of 1000 EV minivans in a deal worth up to $100 million. However, Wolfpack thinks this is fake, provided that Nature’s Miracle does not have the cash to make such a purchase. Further, the founder of Nature’s Miracle and Faraday Future CEO Jia Yueting were classmates in business school, the firm noted.On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around <a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/FFAI">FFAI stock</a> remained within ‘bearish’ territory over the past 24 hours, while message volume stayed at ‘low’ levels.Wolfpack alleged, citing former employees and media reports, that the EV minivan called the FX Super One is a rebadged vehicle from Chinese automaker Great Wall Motors. The over 10,000 pre-orders for the vehicle are all non-binding, including the one made by Nature’s Miracle, it added.While the company recently announced $82 million of new financing, Faraday didn't reveal the financier, and Wolfpack believes this may be a reiteration of prior financing rounds where the CEO and other insiders appear to have used fronts to disguise that they were the ultimate source of funding. The firm also raised doubts about how the CEO has money to fund the company after emerging from his personal bankruptcy. “We think he hid assets from the bankruptcy court,” it said, while adding that this includes homes on the California coast and shares of Lucid.The ultimate goal of these moves by the company appears to be to pump up the stock ahead of massive dilution, Wolfpack alleged. FFAI is slated to vote on September 19 to increase the authorized common share count by 39% and issue shares to certain convertible note and warrant holders.YT Jia returned as co-CEO of the EV maker in April earlier this year after stepping down in 2019. (FFAI) traded nearly 1% higher in Friday’s pre-market after the company held a formal handover ceremony for its first regional facility in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, signifying its official landing in the Middle East region.Earlier this week, a lease agreement was signed between Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone and Faraday Future Middle East FZ-LLC. The new facility, which has 108,000 square feet of space, will have an office, engineering workshop, and operational hub, the California-based company <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://investors.ff.com/news-releases/news-release-details/faraday-future-celebrates-major-milestone-its-middle-east-third">said</a>.The facility will support the Faraday Future brand and potential Faraday X models. It will also serve as a center for operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and employ up to 200 people.Faraday X is the company’s second brand, aimed at the broader market with middle-to-low price range offerings, as opposed to the Faraday Future brand, which caters to luxury-oriented customers.Operations at the new site are expected to start in the second half of 2025. Faraday Future To Open First Regional Facility In Middle East: But Retail Remains Bearish

The facility, which will support the Faraday Future brand and potential Faraday X models, will also serve as a center for operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and employ up to 200 people.

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFAI) <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://investors.ff.com/news-releases/news-release-details/faraday-future-and-faraday-x-recently-joined-business-roundtable">said</a> on Sunday that the recent tariff developments under the Trump administration may have a short-term impact on its Faraday X (FX) strategy, but will be a strategic opportunity in the mid-to-long term.Faraday Future builds all of its vehicles in the U.S., and nearly 50% of the existing product suppliers are based in the U.S., the company said.The firm’s second brand, called Faraday X, plans to source components internationally in the early phase, but the company said it is committed to progressively shifting to U.S.-based suppliers.The first vehicle from Faraday X is expected to roll out by year-end.
