It also raised full-year guidance and reported a record backlog (~$292B, up sharply), including a large multi-year PAC-3 award and ongoing strength from prior THAAD-related contracts (earlier reporting noted a big multi-year THAAD interceptor award aimed at significantly higher production rates).

$KRMN KRMN is bouncing, near 33.11, up about 9.79 percent, and I couldn't find a Karman specific headline for today's move. The backdrop is a puzzle. In August Karman reported a record Q2, with revenue up 58 percent to 182 million, a 1.3 billion dollar backlog, and raised full year revenue guidance to 730 to 745 million. Yet the stock has fallen from about 54 on August 20 to the low 30s. Director David Stinnett bought about 1 million dollars of stock on September 16 at 37.32, which is above where it trades now. I can't say why the stock has slid so much, and I won't guess. A bounce like this fits a name that's been sold hard. The next report is expected in early November, though that date isn't confirmed. That is about one-sixth of its $1.3B backlog at June 30, 2026 and ~5% of its $4.49B market value at the $33.91 close, 16:00 ET October 19, 2026. But spread over seven years it is only ~$31M a year. Next: in August Karman valued the three at combined >$1B potential, so the two unsigned carry >$780M; no signing date yet.
