(RGTI), D-Wave Quantum Inc. (QBTS), and Rigetti Computing Inc. Based in Albany, New York, Anderon will operate a 300-millimeter quantum wafer foundry.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Deal Similar To INTC</h2>The quantum computing grant deal is similar to the one struck by the Trump administration with chipmaking giant Intel Corp. (INTC) in August 2025.
