$GLUE 7:41 PM UBS assumed coverage of Monte Rosa Therapeutics with a Buy rating and price target of $19, up from $17. The firm believes the company's MRT-8102, a first-in-class oral NEK7 protein degrader in development for chronic inflammatory diseases, is differentiated versus both IL-6 antibodies and NLRP3 inhibitors. UBS expects investor appreciation of the atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease opportunity and MRT-8102's "differentiated profile" to increase over the next 12 months.

$GLUE from 10.75 to 10.17 is basically a red day. just sit on this and pick up maybe 9’s but could see $8 end of year

$GLUE If you are playing with house money thats great. I think we see another 30-40% price drop / sell off for most of these biotechs by Christmas. I also see a snowball effect on many of these that drifted down all year going off a cliff for no reason...thats the time to think about buying. As posted many times, I see a lot of shortages / chaos / forced control coming, none of it good for biotech. On the other hand, Well timed buys and sells in the meantime might help one gain a quick 8-10% on bounces (for example, maybe GLUE next week) but look at these GLUE CCCC even faves TNGS and ERAS - the trend is down. Look at the slopes of the selling and the concommitant volume - I think there is a ways to go. Good luck.

$GLUE Nice bounce, esp. if perfectly timed = 14% in a few days but 3, 6 and 12 month chart look bad IMO. Is bounce because of" short covering, mostly finished tax loss selling the ole cliche 'somebody knows something' sucker rally before next leg down, something else?

Cash on hand is $7 per share. That mean the entire company is now valued at $3 per share or mere $250 million that includes 1. Novartis partnership - Up to $5.7 Billion total potential development, regulatory, and sales milestones 2. Roche partnership - $2 Billion+ in potential future milestone payments 3. A Leading AI drug discovery platform - QUEEN 4. 3 very promising drugs in development (2 in phase 2, 1 in Phase1)

$GLUE I did a lot of research this weekend and read all the post history by our resident expert here and think he has some valid points but also feel we are in need for a huge washout before another big boom. So at current prices be prepared for more sales but buy that mudhaphuckin dip biznitch!
