$GNS Our attorneys are watching all social media. For the last several months accounts have been taking word for word posts and are now pushing a WhatsApp. The following was my exchange on X with Mark Basile, ESQ.

After speaking with KK on X I filed ethics complaint on Mary K. ✅ Sent Investor relations follow up to BB’s petition and asking for updates on forward plan.✅ Posting good points on X from Yoru and tagging and boosting. ✅ Purchasing, I’m still at 2.8MM between myself, my wife (she is wanted in) my mom, and bf. I missed the .12s as I just made the 1.3MM purchase on .15s. All should be able to see my sell limit order which is always 900% above the ask as much as muc lag as my broker lets me do. ✅ I have also scheduled a trip to Key Largo, I plan to fly one of those flag things behind a plane. ✈️ 🤣

$GNS good morning Genius Group investors. The four year battle continues. FUD and manipulation are synonymous. Facts: Investors have filed $250M FL lawsuit. Company hired Wes Christian and Shareintel in 2022 when it saw its SP go from $6 to $43+, then to under $1. Company announced 10 point CEO plan to combat manipulation in Jan 2023, see attached. Company has several catalysts that dates are pending: 1) Retirement/Cancelation of shares to lower denominator on NYSE American 2) Dual listing on ASX 3) Second CUSIP for PPS Company is winning every legal case in SDNY, ICC and FL (investor manipulation and RICO). As late as yesterday, Mark Basile ESQ commented on X he is watching social media, including accounts owned by retail, brokers, hedge funds and CFPs. Company has turned balance sheet around. Increased revenue and EBITDA Q/Q and Y/Y. CEO has stated the company will outlast manipulation criminals while courts, regulators and markets catch up. God Bless

$GNS who remembers 2023 when GNS ripped from .50 cents to $ 6ish across two days Then a few days later even crossing $ 10 which was OVER 20X All because ROGER said he was making a NAKED SHORTING TASKFORCE lol Then last year when it went to .20 and ripped all the way up to 1.93 across a few weeks which was also about 10X The next rip is going to be BIG... from .12 cents to a Minimum of 1.64 just on value. And $ 10 & beyond if there's a short squeeze due to positive lawsuit updates or even a victory or two Don't listen to the paid Shortys... Like i said last year, they gonna be barbecued like Shorty Kababs lol 😆 🤣 Don't listen to me either, buy and sell at your own risk and your own entry/exit points. $GNS Wall St prime brokerages wanted to be cheap and didn't want to settle for the amount OSTK was asking for $3.5B. The funny part is, it ended up costing the crooks more. They found out the hard way.

$GNS The divi from settlements will recoup any losses you see here even in a R/S. Our own lawyers dont even want that tho so im not worried

$GNS as we get closer to Election Day in USA markets will rise. The President and Treasury Secretary have pointed out how exchange management has been intentionally manipulated. Whether with currency, stocks, commodities, oil, gas, diesel, LNP etc….. Each exchange management center is being outflanked and outmaneuvered and will continue to be through Election Day and beyond.
