$HITI Doesn't get much tighter than this. 9m Chart, poking out over the moving averages today, and all time chart, over all averages. Chart is looking mighty spicy again. Pair this with an extremely reasonable, undervalued valuation, a company pissing cash flow, growth levers galor, a moat in their home country, total retail dominance, and now going to be consistently posting net income, while funding expansion organically with cash from operations, AND the US about to finalize S3 for all cannabis. this setup cannot be ignored. The RSI isn't even over heated. I already have a huge position, but I'm getting extremely tempted to add again soon. I don't know what's not to like here, and I think that's becasue there isn't anything to not like... $MSOS

$HITI buying shares today. Happy to park some more money in here, one day it'll pay off... Until then, I think it'll be safe. I really like how Raj is moving these days. He seems acutely aware of the dangers of overextending himself. Yet, he doesnt take his foot off the gas when it comes to responsible expansion. Without Raj I wouldn't have the confidence I do. I love owning this stock, even with all the pain it's come with over the past 5 years. I have more peace of mind than ever now. Cheers to a green winter.

$HITI This all cash deal ( at an insane valuation ) just shows more evidence of Raj having his pick of the litter. People / companies wouldn't be selling assets like this at these valuations unless they HAD to IMO. Likely many more to come. I'm waiting for the PR where $SNDL Sells Raj a huge chunk and Raj puts that BMO loan to good use and buys 1- 2 dozen stores with a line of credit 🥵🤤

$HITI The Unfortunate truth about investing: If you don’t feel a little uncomfortable you’re probably doing it wrong. Example, you only buy when there is lots of hype, things are going up and everyone is very euphoric. Best time to buy is when something is beat to shit and has many upcoming catalysts in the not to distant future (tough to market time this as we can’t predict the future). That’s why averaging in is the best approach. I have been averaging in over the years and you always need to review the company and your position but if the fundamentals continue to get better (over the years if they’re not getting better that is a red flag, always need to be making progress). you’re just getting a better deal on your average. I’ll continue to add what I can when I can as my opinion of the company from years ago to today is TENFOLD (minimum) from where it started!

$HITI High Tide wont enter UK by Q1 2027 (my earlier expectation). My base case now H2 2027 or early 2028. High Tide enters US in H2 2027 assuming rescheduling by Q3 2027. (in line with my expectation) Ontario store cap wont increase to 300. (in line with my expectation) High Tide will reach 1B run rate earlier than i expected. 🔸faster growth in Canada 🔸faster growth in Germany Stock hits next year $5-$7 Positive ALJ rescheduling in December. $HITI The already announced opening at 400 LANSDOWNE ST E, Peterborough, ON has now been authorized to open by AGCO.

$HITI Interestingly Bud Mart Weed Dispensary is not a typical mom and pop shop. They actually have at least 10 other locations in Calgary. I wonder why they chose to sell that particular location for all cash. A good relationship to have nonetheless, maybe we will scoop up more of their locations in time.
