The updated plan removes earlier ideas of using gas turbines and diesel generators and instead runs everything through a single shared microgrid.&nbsp;Bloom’s fuel cells generate electricity without burning fuel, which helps reduce pollution and save water. Oracle expects nitrogen oxide emissions to fall by about 92%, and the facility will use very little water because of its cooling design.&nbsp;Once centered on supplying energy solutions to commercial buildings and institutions, Bloom Energy is now aligning itself with the fast-growing AI infrastructure sector. This is a model that can be replicated across America—it is digital power for the digital age,” said Joshi.&nbsp;The latest update is part of an expanded partnership between Bloom Energy and Oracle, announced on April 13, under which the latter plans to purchase up to 2.8 gigawatts of Bloom’s fuel cell systems for its AI and cloud infrastructure.Additionally, on Monday, Barclays increased its price target on Bloom Energy to $177 from $153 ahead of first-quarter earnings, while reiterating an ‘Equal Weight’ rating. The firm highlighted the company’s expanded collaboration with Oracle as a key catalyst driving the revised forecast.&nbsp;JPMorgan noted the development as a fresh endorsement of Bloom Energy’s business trajectory and execution strength.&nbsp;<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/BE">Bloom Energy stock</a> traded over 14% higher on Monday morning.&nbsp;On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the stock jumped to ‘extremely bullish’ from ‘bearish’ territory the previous day.
