$GLSI So, I know that a lot of folks on here are waiting for some updates on the trial from Snehal Patel, myself included. I do truly believe that when those updates come we will be treated to some positive news and also a nice bump in SP. Over the last few years Ive read both the bull and bear cases for GLSI, with that said, I remain a strongly bullish. I've yet to read a bear case that makes me think otherwise. My strongest conviction still remains the fact that my sister went through the glsi stage 2 clinical trial and remains cancer free to this day. Her anniversary of that milestone is at the end of this month. So for of all those believers out there waiting on a update, I offer this: My sister is currently signing up for stocktwits and will be joining the glsi page. She will give her testimony on her experience with glsi and will probably be willing to answer some of your questions. So her some love

$GLSI I follow here and post as much as anybody, but at this point, the day-to-day ups and downs are meaningless without news. With approximately 5 weeks to go until Bio Europe, be in or be out, say your prayers for good news, and hope you are on the right side of things when everything unfolds. Doesn't mean we will have all the answers on or before Bio Europe, but we will have something by then.

$GLSI This is 100% bullish. Patel could have chosen for $$ instead of stock. He does know the data ten times better than us, he knows the safety profile of the patients, talks to doctors who say there are less recurrences in their group of people. This is a goldmine and Patel knows it. Would he play 100% safe and look for a partnership? I would say yes. He knew 1-2-3 years ago probably how and wich partner he would take, but the partner wanted to wait till trial modification. I can be wrong but Patel looks a smart person and better take 70% of the value with 100% safety in stead of 100% of the value with 70% safety.

$GLSI no change w my thought at all, not selling for nickels on a day trade, because once news hits w no warning, there will be no time to react 🚀- obviously no guarantees but I feel good about this one

$GLSI just went to check pictures that GLSItothemoon is inaccurately posting. Everyone should be reporting him for misrepresentation. He is obviously a short. Oh and he was probably blocked before because all of a sudden he has a new profile dated Sept 2026. 🤡 Do your own due diligence. Look at the company’s website and Press releases before making your own judgement. Be informed. Don’t blindly follow folks with their agendas. 55X,Bernard,HarvardMBA are 🤡 that people see right thru. Do your own proper analysis on any given stock. NIA.

$GLSI Snehal last purchased on 7/29. Lock up / Bio Europe pr on 8/10. Normally we would have had a Snehal purchase or some pr by now, so not having either seems uncomfortable on the surface, but also makes me think they are locked in and the next communication will be an important one (presumably in our favor). I’m changing the channel today. Nothing will be important here until we get news.

$GLSI to see where this is going to head directionally just look at Moderna…….on cancer vaccines news…..glsi trial reflects what a large pharma looks like today. The trial protocol updates were really really positive and derisked the trial, but as you all know market is impatient.

$GLSI from what I have seen our CEO has been methodical, determined, and has put his money where his mouth is for years and years, not simply symbolic - and has been very gutsy by locking up executive stocks, and if they were executives who thought this was a farce, they would have left - we have countries beyond countries now involved with the testing, and patients after patients volunteering - so yeah I feel pretty good and yeah, I’m pretty heavily invested. I could pull it out today breakeven but I’m good. I’m not buying and selling as a day trader because I’m not looking for nickels and dimes from this one. I know what I own. PERIOD

$GLSI This has always been a high risk / high reward play. If you want a smooth comfortable ride, go invest in Tbills or high yield savings account. I believe in the story, so I’ll continue to wait for the end of the story to unfold. I will continue to comment, but will stop posting daily predictions. We are invested in a low float biotech. The daily ups/downs/back and forths are always going to be there until we get news. If it wasn’t volatile it wouldn’t have high upside and most of us wouldn’t be here.

$GLSI 240M market cap stock didn't decline on news of Patel large stock compensation. Again not expecting anything big like buyout or partnership but expecting UNDERVALUED stock to move higher into the interim. $30+ as the increase to 88k patients definitely not in the stock price. Glad for CEO, we'll hit jackpot someday, now back to snoozing

$GLSI Nothing fake about this participation: U.S. Phase 3 alone, positive. U.S. + European countries, very positive. 170–180 U.S./European sites, substantial. FDA + EMA acceptance of unified protocol, very substantial... Faster enrollment, very important for timing... Strong international enrollment.

$GLSI did anyone see the news that shot Moderna up today? Apparently the NIH is going to fund cancer vaccine research. I hope Mr. Patel can get some of that funding.

FLAMINGO-01: has opened up to 160 sites in the U.S. and Europe; has screened more than 1,300 patients; is currently screening about 800 patients per year; has fully enrolled the 250-patient non-HLA-A*02 arm; has presented immune-response data from that arm at AACR and ASCO 2026. Timing, GLSI thesis... This is exactly one day before the conference's main Tuesday partnering day and at the beginning of BIO-Europe's three-day partnering period. $GLSI Absolutely zero reason for longs to panic today. Volume is still persistently low. And, anyone selling on news of that Tukysa combination is either short or uninformed retail. A drug that controls established metastatic cancer does not automatically compete with a vaccine designed to prevent that cancer from recurring in the first place. Moreover, tucatinib + trastuzumab + pertuzumab has a substantial side-effect burden. Most patients in the maintenance trial experienced some adverse effect, and serious side effects were not rare. The two biggest concerns are liver toxicity and diarrhea.
