JPMorgan now believes this is achievable by year-end fiscal 2027 under the current team count. It also believes a potential long-term framework agreement with a key customer could support extended demand visibility through the end of the decade.Goldman Sachs analyst Ati Modak raised the firm's price target on Argan to $518 from $399 and kept a ‘Buy’ rating on the shares. The firm remains constructives on Argan for its pure-play combined-cycle gas turbine exposure, with expectations for earnings growth in FY27 driven by higher revenue conversion on backlog projects and capacity expansion to 10-12 Power projects over the next 12-20 months, the analyst told investors in a research note.&nbsp;Lake Street analyst Robert Brown also raised the firm's price target on Argan to $375 from $325 and kept a ‘Hold’ rating on the shares.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Earnings</h2>Argan on Thursday reported consolidated revenues for fourth quarter (Q4) at $262.1 million, an increase of $ 12.7%, from consolidated revenues of $232.5 million reported for the comparable prior-year quarter. (AGX) stock rallied almost 9% during extended hours of trading on Thursday after it reported upbeat fourth-quarter (Q4) earnings, helped by strong segment performance.&nbsp;Argan’s consolidated revenues for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 2026, were $262.1 million, an increase of $29.6 million, or 12.7%, from consolidated revenues of $232.5 million reported for the comparable prior-year quarter. Wall Street projected revenue of $255.3 million, as per Stocktwits data.&nbsp;The year-over-year increase reflects higher revenues across all of the&nbsp;company’s business segments. In the power segment, revenues increased as recently awarded contracts progressed through the early stages of construction, generating revenues that were not present in the prior-year period,&nbsp;the company said.“Our record fourth quarter performance capped a year of strong execution throughout fiscal 2026, driving record top and bottom-line performance for the full year,” said David Watson, President and&nbsp;CEO of Argan.&nbsp;“During the year, we added $2.5 billion in new contract value, increasing our consolidated project backlog to more than $2.9 billion at year-end, reflecting substantial growth across the entire Argan platform,” Watson added.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Profit Figures</h2>Argan reported net income of $49.2 million, or $3.47 per diluted share, compared to $31.4 million, or $2.22 per diluted share in the year-ago quarter. Argan Stock Jumps More Than 9% After Hours On Upbeat Q4 Earnings 

Argan’s consolidated revenues for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 2026, were $262.1 million, rising nearly 13% from the year-ago quarter.

(NFE) surged more than 25% on Tuesday after the company reached a restructuring support agreement with its creditors under a consensual UK restructuring plan, in a move that is considered to be one of the largest restructuring transactions ever.As part of the deal, creditors are expected to exchange NFE debt for a combination of debt, common and preferred equity.The company said that it expects the transaction to be completed by the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.New Fortress Energy is a global energy infrastructure and liquefied natural gas company founded by Wes Edens, a co-founder of Fortress Investment Group and co-owner of the Premier League team Aston Villa and the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Restructuring Details</h2>As part of the restructuring plan, NFE said that it will split into two entities — BrazilCo, a private company holding its Brazil assets, and New NFE, a publicly traded LNG-to-power company with its remaining operations.The company said that creditors will swap debt for a mix of new debt, preferred equity, and a majority equity stake. The deal is expected to reduce the New NFE company’s debt from about $5.7 billion to roughly $527.5 million.Meanwhile, the company expects to issue up to $2.5 billion in preferred equity and 65% of common shares to creditors.
