Tether Limited argues that using this method to buy virtual currencies allows users to move fiat in and out of an exchange more quickly and cheaply. Also, exchanges typically have rocky relationships with banks, and using Tether is a way to circumvent that.  USDT is fairly simple to use. Once on exchanges like Poloniex or Bittrex, it can be used to purchase Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It can be easily transferred from an exchange to any Omni Layer enabled wallet. Tether has no transaction fees, although external wallets and exchanges may charge one. In order to convert USDT to USD and vise versa through the Tether.to Platform, users must pay a small fee. Buying and selling Tether for Bitcoin can be done through a variety of exchanges like the ones mentioned previously or through the Tether.to platform, which also allows the conversion between USD to and from your bank account.

(LLY), Novo Nordisk A/S (NVO), Pfizer Inc. (PFE), and GSK Plc. (GSK), and Merck &amp; Co. Inc. (MRK), among others.“As of today, 14 out of the 17 largest pharmaceutical companies… but they've all agreed… have now agreed to drastically lower drug prices for their American patients… for the American people and patients,” President Trump said, while announcing the deals in December 2025.In October 2025, President Trump said Pfizer would adopt most-favored-nation pricing for all new drugs launched in the U.S. The company launched its medicines on the TrumpRx portal in February 2026.In November 2025, Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk struck an agreement with the Trump administration to cut prices on select upcoming pills and existing obesity drugs. Eli Lilly’s Zepbound, Novo Nordisk’s Ozempic, and Wegovy are available on the TrumpRx portal.Meanwhile, U.S. equities declined in Thursday morning’s trade. Shares of Moderna (<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/MRNA">MRNA</a>) traded 3% higher after hours while uniQure (<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/QURE">QURE</a>) stock rallied 50%. Shares of Sarepta Therapeutics (<a href="https://stocktwits.com/symbol/SRPT">SRPT</a>) also gained 5% in extended hours of trading.Makary said that federal health officials are now on the lookout for a replacement for Prasad who led the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) at the FDA. He was responsible for reviewing certain cancer drugs, gene therapies, and other treatments in addition to vaccines.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Prasad’s Shaky Tenure</h2>During his tenure, Prasad faced several disputes pertaining to drug reviews.Earlier this year, Prasad refused to consider an application seeking approval for Moderna’s flu shot but the agency later <a href="https://stocktwits.com/news-articles/markets/equity/moderna-stock-fda-accepts-revised-flu-vaccine-application-for-review/cZR0MwoR4v1">pivoted</a> after Moderna agreed on another confirmation study post-approval.Most recently, the FDA has gone up against uniQure’s gene therapy for ⁠Huntington's disease. This validation from a world-class, data-driven health ecosystem serves as a powerful reference case as we accelerate our commercialization efforts in the U.S. and other global markets,” said Dagi Ben-Noon, CEO of Inspira Technologies.The company’s FDA-cleared INSPIRA ART100 system is approved for cardiopulmonary bypass in the U.S. and for (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) ECMO procedures outside the U.S.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Top U.S. Medical Center Clears ART100&nbsp;</h2>In January, Inspira Technologies’ ART100 system completed clinical evaluation at a top U.S. academic medical centre and moved into the budgeted procurement stage. The system successfully treated about 30 patients across surgeries, transplants, and other critical procedures, leading to its adoption into routine clinical workflows.&nbsp;With the evaluation phase now closed, the hospital has begun an internal process to purchase multiple ART100 units, pending final budget approval.Earlier, Inspira announced a non-binding term sheet for a proposed two-part deal to acquire an advanced liquid biopsy diagnostics business. The remaining months are priced at $99 per month, payable in advance.According to Novo Nordisk’s website, Wegovy pills are priced at $149 per month for a 1.5 mg dose.Hims &amp; Hers stated that its compounded pill is engineered to preserve the active ingredient during digestion and improve absorption, offering an alternative for patients who want to avoid injections.Meanwhile, NVO shares fell nearly 6%.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Novo’s Pricing Challenges</h2>Earlier this week, Novo said it expects adjusted sales for full year 2026 to drop between 5% and 13%, with operating profit potentially falling by 13% due to pricing pressure, intensifying competition, and upcoming patent expiries for key ingredients in Wegovy and Ozempic in select markets outside the U.S.“Our 2026 guidance reflects a year of unprecedented pricing pressure,” CEO Mike Doustdar said in a call with journalists on Wednesday. International revenue jumped to $3.3 billion from $899 million a year earlier, driven mainly by volume growth.U.S. Zepbound revenue climbed 122% to $4.2 billion, fueled by higher demand but partially offset by pricing pressure. Meanwhile, revenue from Verzenio, Eli Lilly’s drug to treat metastatic breast cancer, edged up 3% to $1.6 billion.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Eli Lilly’s Product Pipeline</h2>After the FDA authorized Lilly to market Zepbound in a multidose device last month, CFO Lucas Montarce said the company expects to launch the multidose pen within the next 30 days, according to a report by Bloomberg on Wednesday.In an interview with CNBC last month, CEO Dave Ricks said the upcoming Medicare coverage for obesity drugs could significantly boost the launch of its experimental weight-loss pill, Orforglipron. Ricks added that the company expects Medicare coverage to begin immediately after the drug’s launch.<h2 class="st-heading-2">LLY Pulls Ahead As NOVO Faces Headwinds</h2>Eli Lilly’s optimistic outlook stands in stark contrast to Novo Nordisk (NVO), which expects adjusted sales to decline between 5% and 13% and operating profit to drop by up to 13%.
