$IOVA Schwab equity rating jumped massively again....sitting at the bottom of barrel (97-99) May/June of this year with an "F" rating overall, then slowly starts to move up. We had clawed up to 54 as of last Saturday, now at 31 today, the top of "C" category (31-70). This was a company making 1-5 point moves up Schwab's rating system in the recent past, now f*cking leaping to where they should be acknowledged. All taken with a grain of salt - as I have noted in past on these systems, but not meaningless - some entities and their algos do indeed respond to these moves, following the masses. Anyone long here was way ahead of this understanding of potential, but it's still a significant reaction from a slower moving system, finally arriving. $IOVA I checked this website everyday for two year straight. I maybe stopped 6-7 months ago. Not that it means much in terms of what information this provides. But everyday I’d check shares borrowed and every hour this would update. People haven’t borrowed in 8 days. Which is wild. It was constant everyday every hour for years straight.

$IOVA To make sure no one misses my response to certain posters who continue to tell us the sky is falling, I share the following. This is the type of chart that's possible for Iovance. It's a rare occurrence, where exponential growth is replaced with Combinatorial Growth. Enjoy the picture. It's as good as anything else offered on this board, and I do believe it's possible for Iovance to be that rare exception where many things come together that make Iovance even greater than the suspected future sum of its parts. $IOVA Iovance management continues to reiterate that the NSCLC launch is expected in H2 2027. However, if I remember correctly, the company indicated that it could submit the sBLA approximately six months after enrollment is completed, which they expect to happen very soon. Let’s assume enrollment wraps up this month or in November. That would put the earliest sBLA submission around April or May 2027. The FDA would then have up to 60 days to determine whether to accept the application, bringing us to June or July. Even with priority review, approval would most likely come around December 2027 or January 2028, followed by another month or two to prepare for commercial launch. That puts a realistic launch timeline in Q1 2028. So, how does Iovance achieve an H2 2027 launch? The most plausible way would be through the FDA’s CNPV program, which could potentially accelerate the review and approval timeline substantially. CNPV could be the key here. Any thoughts?

$IOVA ESMO is selective with oral slots. A Proffered Paper (full oral) at a major session is reserved for data the scientific committee judges to be of higher quality and interest than the thousands of abstracts that become posters. Iovance choosing to put the final IOV-COM-202 Cohort 1A results into that slot, and Vogt specifically calling out the high complete-response rate and durability as something worth putting back in front of the community, both point in the same direction: the company views the mature dataset as strong enough to highlight. What is already publicly known from the earlier ASCO 2024 update supports why they would do this: ORR 65% Complete response rate 30% Median duration of response not reached at >20 months median follow-up High proportion of ongoing responses Safety consistent with the known profiles of the regimen. If the final analysis holds or improves on those numbers it would be a notable signal in the ICI-naïve frontline setting.

$IOVA I want to talk about something other than IOVA share price and catalysts right now. I want to talk about the treatment cost for cancer, not specific to melanoma. A lot of folks seem to be scared by the $600K price tag for TIL’s. Cancer ain’t cheap. The discussion in hospital hallways between medical personnel & families of cancer patients always touches on cost - or something we referred to as the “financial toxicity” of cancer. Keytruda? $210K for 1 yr of treatment - & it’s not curative. The FDA recently approved Rasonque, a pancreatic CA drug offering “significant life extension”, meaning an extra 6 months to live. Also, not curative. Cost? $480K When you take things like the death sentence that comes w 2L melanoma or NSCLC & give it a treatment that can actually CURE the disease, not just extend life by a few months…what is that worth???? There’s a reason most major insurance companies & Medicare have approved reimbursement for TILs. It’s expensive, yes…

$IOVA The funny thing about watching the quick hitting retail Bears come and go and post their silliness is that Bulls are literally chilling and not doing a damn thing. Longs in IOVA know there are heavy catalysts inbound over the next 45-60 days (4 in total). 3 in the next month. And obviously folks can take profits and swing trade all they want. Making money is good money. But the trajectory of this company is upward and it is early. Enjoying the action today with my popcorn. The real excitement has yet to come. $IOVA Biotech has been a hot mess all week. Except for Tuesday...Iovance is not one of the babies being thrown out with the bathwater like in previous big biotech sell-offs.... stock now has a life preserver and is not looked at as a speculative start-up anymore. My how things have changed.

$IOVA Some of the deadliest and most difficult cancers to treat are immunologically “cold” solid tumors(certain types of lung, Colon,breast, and pancreatic cancer s). These tumors evade the immune system, making them much harder to detect and destroy. The importance of converting cold tumors into “hot” tumors is often underappreciated. By making tumors more visible to the immune system and enhancing its ability to recognize and attack cancer cells, this approach could potentially unlock a powerful new way to treat cancers that have historically been difficult to target. That’s the potential significance of IOV-5001. Once IOV -5001 approved for colon,breast and other cancers in 2030, this will be over $200/share. Amtagvi will end up looking like just the tip of the iceberg.

Latest quote I'm seeing: $13.40, +3.76% today. The key debate now includes: 1) whether Amtagvi/Proleukin demand keeps validating the higher revenue run-rate, or whethe the stock already priced in much of that 2) LUNG readouts and whether that becomes a “sell the news” or a FOMO buying (and possible short squeeze) event (assuming good data)
