Iovance shares slid 6% after unveiling a $350 million stock offering, raising dilution concerns while funding growth plans for Amtagvi and its pipeline. 

Shares of Iovance Biotherapeutics Inc. (IOVA) traded 4% higher on Tuesday morning after Health Canada approved the company’s immunotherapy for the treatment of advanced melanoma.On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around IOVA rose from ‘bearish’ to ‘neutral’ territory over the past 24 hours while message volume remained at ‘low’ levels.
