$LABD What a recovery on XBI based on the buyout. However, we don't know which direction MMs will run this tomorrow. 2 options here now: 1) If LABD opens lower than 8.00 flat, time to exit 1/2 position or entire position (up to how big a risk taker you are), and rebuild/rebuy LABD position when XBI gets near 158-160 area. This is based on assumption that Wave 1 or Wave A completed today. The chart below shows what happened when a similar daily candle printed closer to oversold technicals. 2) If LABD opens higher, meaning the sell off algos are not satisfied yet, set a sell order near 8.75 for 25% of the position. Based on the reaction today, there might be heavy demand sitting at 145-146 area on XBI. Based on technical indicators we are nearing oversold areas but are definitely not all the way there yet and there is room for XBI to go further down, but not much without a bounce next. Keep in mind, overall trend is down, but there will be bounces on the way. GLTA!

$LABD When life gives you lemons, you squeeze them as hard as you can..... LOL This goes without saying as I have said this on many days. Whenever the MMs give you a 9%+ movement on a leveraged instrument, you always take off some. Only because the next day, there will always be profit taking or short covering one way or another. Trader sentiment dictates 3/4 times that we have topped, or bottomed.... Now its up to you how much you want to gamble.... That is truly your choice.

$LABD Quick Update. Bounced very close to bottom of channel but I believe we might have ignition this time if XBI closes below 152.50. Fingers crossed. Channel boundaries: 158 (high), and 149 (low)
