Each company uses SealsQ’s chips, etc.. There is a very nice synergy to it all. Once again I encourage you to compare LAES to RGTI. Based on that comparison LAES should trade for $20+.

$LAES I still believe these businesses could justify $20–$25 per share if the potential were finally translated into real shareholder value. But somehow it never seems to work out for existing shareholders. Again and again: New company. New listing. New shares. New dilution risk. New financing structure. New “great idea.” And shareholders are left watching their investments fall. From a shareholder’s perspective, it increasingly feels like the corporate empire around Carlos Moreira keeps getting bigger while our piece of the pie keeps getting smaller. We don’t need 7,000 companies, subsidiaries, spin-offs and complicated transactions. Complexity is NOT shareholder value. I invested in these companies because I believed in cybersecurity, semiconductors, quantum technology and the underlying businesses — not because I wanted an endless chain of new corporate structures and potential dilution. At some point, management has to prove that all of this actually creates VALUE PER SHARE

$LAES Well Carlos? Where is the 183 certification for September? Can you do something to help the shareholders for once after you slapped them in the face with that last needless dilution? Enough talk and make something happen.

$LAES as much as I hate to admit as I have held this since 2024. The cash balance appears to be the only reason we are even still in the $2’s right now.. The truth is nothing they have announced in the last 6 months aside from the $5M Quobly deal has resulted in purchase orders. Contracts. Revenue growth beyond the intial guidance. I love the effort Carlos is making with partnerships, networking and acquisitions etc you would expect this from a CEO but the proof is in the pudding so to speak and we need to see some orders now. We have to hope and pray that the QS7001 certification drops in September and is followed by some nice sized orders from some well known names. Reluctantly I am some how still

$LAES We are at peak investor indifference with LAES. Low volume, sideways trading and tightening Bollinger Bands- investors are on the sidelines at best, totally dismissive at worst. With repeated milestone delays, confidence in Carlos is low. It’s even further in the “show me” phase— execution and results are all that will move it now. Heading into the run up we had a year ago, just painful seeing the goodwill crushed since then.

$LAES One thing I like about this company is they keep the PR’s flowing. So many other companies you don’t hear shit from. LAES at least knows how the game is played and does their part.
