However, there is also a positive aspect: there is still no meaningful U.S.–China agreement on rare earths, while the U.S. is clearly shifting toward increasing domestic production and securing its own rare-earth supply chain. This could be a significant long-term tailwind for companies like MP and USAR. Any agreement with Iran and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz would likely provide significant support to the bond market and by default rare earth company.

$MP $USAR I will be back in around July low. We are still need rare earth on physical AI, weapons and most all advance tech products. It wont change because high rate or inflation. accumlate share while it's cheap

$MP i've always been intrigued in the predictability of price action based on technicals/charting. But, I've never been a big believer in "filling gaps". But you have to admit looking at this chart that we bounced exactly off of the top of the wick of that green candle August 26 and beautifully filled that gap. Maybe that means we can go back up where we should be.

$MP The entire market is just starting to go belly up. The AI bubble is bursting along with it all the nuke stocks. Since it looks more likely that the dems could get both Houses of Congress the entire market is slowly but steadily selling off defense related stocks. Higher interst rates are killing other sectors and driving cash to bonds. I don't see this scenarion changing any time soon.
