$NICE Oppenheimer upgraded NiCE to Outperform from Perform on Wednesday: the call is that the AI-disruption fear on call-center software is flipping into a tailwind. The numbers behind it: record AI bookings last quarter, with nearly every CXone enterprise deal including AI and 75% of Cognigy bookings attached to CXone. AI and self-service ARR hit 362M, up 52% year over year, and AI is now 15% of cloud revenue. The valuation piece: Oppenheimer has the stock at 1.4x estimated 2027 revenue and 8x earnings, more than 50% below its historical median multiples. It values a potential Actimize sale near 2B and says the Cognigy acquisition has more than doubled, leaving the legacy contact-center business priced near 2x EBITDA. RBC raised its target to 145 from 130 last week, same side. Up 5.2% Thursday to 117.04, after Wednesday's 4.2% on the upgrade. The 150 target is about 28% above that.
