$NVVE With the latest 8-K filing, the deal with Omnia is officially finalized. If all milestones are met, the total will reach approximately 7.5 million shares—including remaining toxic warrants—and a European BESS portfolio for Nuvve of 700 MW. Given the revenue this asset will generate, this implies an equity value of between $350 million and $700 million—or $47 to $93 per share on a fully diluted basis. Ultimately, I am glad I didn't sell at $25.

$NVVE According to OTC, the outstanding shares totaled 1,648,769. The Series B bonds were therefore converted at a price of $22.50. The change of control is now complete. I hope they will change the management.

$NVVE 10,000 shares at the bid keeps inching it up. They know if they attempted to buy at market it would push this to $3.
