$NXXT EzShop moved from concept to launch this year, going live in Florida through the EzFill app with Gopuff powering the fulfillment infrastructure. The service gives customers access to fuel delivery alongside more than 5,000 convenience, grocery, household and select automotive products through the same platform. Using Gopuff’s fulfillment network allows EzFill to expand what customers can access without building a separate delivery operation. EzShop created another use case around the technology and customer relationships already established through mobile fueling.

$NXXT I like this stock but not buying for delisting risk . But will play like gamble before 22nd. Watching

$NXXT 22nd is so far away, I imagine stock will be in the 0.1-0.2 range by then, existing shareholders absolutely destroyed

$NXXT after they f up the sp more with another offering and after the 3q a good strong short position may be a great remedy. They need to be kicked off NAS. Horrible leadership and they dont give a rats ass about the sh. Maybe carma comes later who knows.

$NXXT over $1 for 10 trading days before panel decides is possible given it could take 30 days. One way they can possibly do it is to disclose that the auditor finished the accounting and signed off on the reclassication amendment. Not sure if they did it. I'm assuming no because i believe it's plausible to assume they would have done it by now.

$NXXT how did they avoid the multiple R/S within a year rule? Something criminal going on.

$NXXT I may play again One pump should come before 22. They have clearly two issues and chance of delisting imo. I don’t care anything in penny stocks. I always look for run . I even play delisting stock for possible pump Penny for trading imo. Whoever think Penny for investment they r fooooools imo

$NXXT Ouch, so a ten to one rs not that long after another ten to one? They could have done a 20 to one or a 30 to one the first time to keep them safe, but nooooo. Now anyone holding since before the first rs is getting diluted to an effective rs of 100 to one. Good to know this is how they operate. I think the best thing that could happen for shareholders now is a complete takeover. It just doesn't seem like these guys understand how to grow a company without leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Seriously glad I've only used this stock to swing trade and never took them as a serious investment.
