$NYMXF In August Nymox put a new Board together and they sure did not get off to a great start. The Bad Start is Probably because they have no idea what they are doing. In September it took Nymox Leadership 15 days and 3 attempts at submitting a Filing to get it right so the SEC would finally accept it. On top of the 3 attempts the Filing should have been a 10-K rather than a 20-F which makes me think the SEC figured it was the best Dr A could do and just wanted to end it. Such bad Leadership but Dr A and the Board are Loved. $NYMXF I’d really like to get my 12,500 remaining shares sold at a reasonable value. Dr A tells us nothing after the new Board was elected or I should say selected. The Proxy Vote had 2 choices, Vote for or Withhold……no choice to Reject the Selected ones. Director Morse, a boyhood friend of the Fraudster and on the Board for 20 years. Just a Fraud rubber stamp. Director Thompson has been on a significant Nymox retainer for years and has no Business skills and is retiredin the UK. Has no Business or Medical experience just manufacturing. Director LaChance, a Canadian in ill-health, 80-year-old Dr A Loyalist who has raised significant money for Dr A to take home as well as defended every move to get the stock price to .0002. So how does Nymox do new Drug Studies with no money and a 10-year time line for results as well as satisfy Dr A’s outstanding Tax Problem in Canada? That’s what the 600,000 shares in Trust was for but unfortunately the Fraudster got the stock to .0002

$NYMXF Wow.....$6,000 in cash and current liabilities of $10 Million Dollars and a Stock Price of .0002 cents. How do they get out of this mess? I guess they could sell 50 Billion shares at .0002 and raise $10 million or maybe the FDA will buy them due to the Drug being so valuable. Dr A should get "The Mark" to spend a Weekend at Bernie's!

$NYMXF I see ole Randall has lost again in his quest for 825,000 shares of Nymox. He must not agree with USA’s assessment of the value of the company. Lost in California and now in Illinois. He better worry about that Olshan vs CRNSV. It appears to be a case involving attorneys trying to stiff other attorneys.
