Under the agreement, Mistral will merge with a subsidiary of Ondas while continuing to manage its existing defense contracts.The deal will give Ondas direct access to major U.S. Department of Defense contract vehicles, including programs with the U.S. Army and Special Operations forces.Mistral has over $1 billion in defense contracts covering weapon systems, drones, and unmanned platforms. The company also provides equipment and security systems for federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.The merger is expected to strengthen Ondas’ expansion in the U.S. defense market by adding manufacturing, integration, and contracting capabilities.
