$PALI My bull thesis keeps getting stronger. Robert Baltera joins the board and then buys 30,000 shares in the open market around $1.98. Then look at WHO Palisade added: Baltera + Jordan Zwick. Baltera has been involved with multiple biotechs that ended in strategic acquisitions. Zwick brings deep BD, capital markets and transaction experience and advised Prometheus before its $10.8B acquisition by Merck. Why build this kind of board at a tiny clinical-stage biotech? My thesis: PALI isn't being built to commercialize PALI-2108. It's being built to DEVELOP it, DE-RISK it and SELL it. Phase 1 showed encouraging UC/CD signals. Phase 2 is the next validation step. Insider buying near $2 + transaction-heavy board additions + differentiated IBD asset = very interesting setup. I don't think $3–4 is the endgame. My bull-case M&A valuation: $8/share, with $10+ possible if Phase 2 de-risks the asset. Management may be building PALI like an acquisition target. 👀🔥
