$PCLA I hope everyone is paying attention to what has been happening last month in this market. Nothing runs in a day anymore - it is spread out over 3 or 4 days. The rug pulls are out of control and built into the climb up. It's no coincidence that they are all rug pulling. All of them. And we have had 4 consecutive bearish weeks now. That isn't normal. Things that are running, are doing so over a few days, with built in rug pulls (cause we gotta screw retail) and they are only going so high. A few exceptions (DCAI) got past this fuckery - I don't know how but they did it. Most of the ones that can bypass started their run AH or premarket. During market hours, basically nothing goes. I got in this one early, which is now the only way to stomach the rug pulls. Lot of things tanking before climbing back up. Until this changes I am mostly trading AH and premarket (still rug pulls there) and OTC. When I do trade I am out at around 2X the 52w low often before. Good luck Bulls.

$PCLA Be careful, because on July 14th, 20 million preferred shares were issued; the holders will likely want to convert them into common stock by taking advantage of the price spikes being artfully orchestrated. I’m not saying the price won’t go up—I’m just saying be careful, because you risk being left holding the bag.

Pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, the Company agreed to issue and sell 20,000,000 Class A preferred shares of the Company at the price of $0.25, for gross proceeds of $5,000,000. On July 16, 2026, upon the Company’s receipt of the net proceeds of approximately $4,449,975, the Investor obtained 20,000,000 Preferred Shares from the Company pursuant to the Purchase Agreement. The Preferred Shares are convertible at the Investor’s election into one common share of the Company and each such Common Share will be represented by one American depositary share (the “ADS”)." It's more than obvious what drives the sp higher. The question is, when the investor will start to unload.
