$PDSB I’m trying to figure out what is holding back this stock with such a low market cap sitting right in the middle of the hottest segment of biotechnology (cancer immunotherapy). So much room to run.

$PDSB Nant Capital’s financing provides up to $22.3M, Patrick Soon-Shiong joined the board, and NantWorks obtained an exclusive negotiation window involving PDS0101. The initial financing also allowed PDS to repay roughly $4.6M of debt. Now the important question is whether all of this translates into a clear registrational Phase 3 path.

$PDSB this was the first of my absolute massive run. Called .29 and .32 and hit $1 then back then back up higher. Glad longs that still held are printing money here.

He is in the process of creating an entirely new paradigm for healthcare based on evidence that has been known about for years yet remained largely untouched by r&d. $PDSB HPV16-directed vaccine + checkpoint blockade + IL-15 stimulation an interesting immunologic combination.... What is detected in the blood of HPC16 specific cancers is circulating tumor specific HPV DNA (ct-HPV-DNA). PDS0101 supplies something the $IBRX Nant immune platform doesn't inherently provide: a highly specific HPV16 E6/E7 target. Dots connecting, IIMO.

$PDSB not being a savy investor, I look at the 300 mil volume the other day and wonder how many people jumped on board just to make a quick buck. Nothing wrong with that. Some people, depending on how much they entered and exited with, probably killed it. A lot probably left with chump change compared to what’s to come. Nothing has changed since the run up, except now we’re holding.80 instead of .35. And there’s another 11 mil coming soon! Can’t wait for the run up from.80! Gonna be great waking up to that!

$PDSB My hope is that Nantworks will soon license PDS0101. I would guess some amount of allowed homework was done on that molecule before the recent agreement was inked.. thereby reducing the time needed to research it before licensing. That’s only a hope, but it makes sense to me.I think if licensing occurs and it’s announced, it might give investors some added degree of confidence in the science here. Guess we’ll see if it happens. Best wishes to all the longs here.

$PDSB No one has been able to crack IL-12 yet with many BP co’s ditching their IL-12 therapies..that includes Merck KGaA who sold PDS their IL-12 platform back in 2023 for $5M + milestone payments. most have been top toxic/unsafe. PDS0301 has proven to be different in that regard. Shortly after PDS acquired it, Frank (CEO) stated that the acquisition ”puts us in the driver’s seat” when it comes deals/partnerships. Are they finally in the driver’s seat? who knows..but acquiring NHS-il12 (PDS0301) may finally payoff here soon. pipeline is significantly undervalued and overlooked. glta
