They said that because PKK (TNT) removed themselves from NASDAQ that to re-uplist, they were grandfathered in and would not have to meet the minimum bid ($1.00 share price); because at the time they qualified and met that criteria. Did everyone notice that they just slipped in their recent Q&A "At current market prices, the Company does not satisfy Nasdaq's minimum bid price threshold". This left the door open to the inevitable Reverse Split that I have been warning and suggesting would happen. JJ is an absolute con-artist and snake, complete manipulation of facts and always trying to dangle some delusional milestone that is always out of reach

Inevitable reverse split and more angry shareholders. I've been through two reverse splits already with PKK - it's an embarrassing company with no integrity and no real business plan. It's been a fake it until you make it scheme, and they haven't made anything in 10+ years. All fake, just a money shifting scam & inept management. Issued & Outstanding 509,904,534

Continued insistence that everything is excellent in spite of so many facts ( and a track record ) to suggest the contrary... How many more websites will this company make before doing any actual business in North America? How many more physical addresses will they occupy? How much further will they crank the dilution on this ( and/or reverse split it )? Best word to describe Tenet right now is "questionable"... FUN ride though ( ha )...
