Primech AI Signs Three-Year Hytron Leasing Deal for High-Traffic Singapore Public Sector Site
Hytron — the autonomous restroom cleaning robot — moves from showcase to live commercial deployment, generating recurring monthly revenue from launch KEY FACTS AT A GLANCE WHOPrimech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC), through its robotics subsidiary Primech AI Pte. Ltd. WHATThree-year leasing agreement for one Hytron autonomous restroom cleaning robot WHENDeployment commencing no later than 31 May 2026 WHEREHigh-traffic public sector facility in Singapore WHY IT MATTERSFirst multi-year recurring revenue contract for Hytron in active public sector deployment; establishes Singapore reference site to anchor international expansion SINGAPORE, May 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC) (“Primech”), through its subsidiary Primech AI Pte. Ltd. (“Primech AI” or the “Company”), today announced that it has signed a three-year leasing agreement to deploy its Hytron autonomous restroom cleaning robot at a high-traffic public sector facility in Singapore. The agreement marks Hytron’s transition from product showcase to live, revenue-generating commercial deployment, and establishes a recurring monthly revenue stream for Primech AI commencing no later than 31 May 2026. Hytron in Action: One Robot, Every Restroom Surface Inside Singapore’s busiest public-facing buildings, restrooms are cleaned and re-cleaned dozens of times a day. Hytron is built to handle that work end-to-end — autonomously. Each Hytron unit independently cleans toilets, urinals, wash basins, sinks, floors and mirrors across multi-floor facilities. It navigates corridors, takes elevators between floors, self-charges, and refills and discharges water without human intervention. A dual-system cleaning architecture combines engineered brushes for precision contact scrubbing with electrolyzed water spray for contactless sanitization — adapting in real time to each fixture and surface. Hytron has demonstrated greater than 99% bacterial disinfection efficacy in certified independent testing, holds endorsement from Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA) under the Environmental Services Productivity Solutions Grant, and was selected as a TechRadar Pro Picks standout at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. Operators manage the deployed fleet through the Hytron Task Management App, with real-time monitoring, task-level performance tracking, alerts, and IoT and Building Management System integration. Agreement Structure The agreement provides for the lease of one Hytron unit, with a three-month onboarding phase upon delivery during which installation, setup and operator training are provided by Primech AI at no additional charge. This onboarding structure is designed to lower the adoption barrier for new enterprise clients and accelerate deployment readiness, before transitioning into the full multi-year lease. A Recurring-Revenue Model Built for Scale Primech AI offers Hytron under a multi-year leasing model rather than outright capital sale. The model is designed to lower the upfront cost barrier for facility operators while generating predictable, subscription-style monthly revenue for the Company: Recurring monthly revenue — fixed monthly fee per deployed unit, independent of one-time sales cycles. Full-service coverage — maintenance, quarterly preventive servicing, corrective repair within three business days, spare parts and technical support all included. Scalable across sites — a single client relationship can grow organically as additional units are deployed across more facilities. Asset ownership retained — Primech AI retains ownership of all deployed Hytron units throughout the lease term. Why This Deployment Matters Singapore is one of the most demanding facilities-management markets in the world — dense, public-facing, tightly regulated and labor-constrained. A successful Hytron deployment in a high-traffic Singapore public sector environment establishes the operational track record that international enterprise and government clients look for. Primech AI intends to grow its deployed Hytron fleet through additional leasing agreements across Singapore and target international markets, including the United States, where the Company is actively pursuing enterprise partnerships and distribution agreements following its participation in the 2026 SelectUSA Investment Summit, as well as Europe and North Asia through its announced distribution arrangements. Manufacturing capacity is being scaled to support pipeline demand. Management Commentary “Hytron is one of the very few robots in the world purpose-built for the hardest hygiene environment in any building — the public restroom. Getting this right is much harder than it looks, and we were able to build Hytron precisely because Primech has spent decades running real cleaning operations ourselves. We know exactly what an operator needs. This agreement converts Hytron from a product showcase into a live, revenue-generating deployment in one of the toughest facility environments in Singapore. It is the first of what we expect to be a growing fleet of Hytron units generating recurring monthly revenue for Primech AI — with additional agreements in active development across Singapore and our target international markets.” — Ken Ho, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Primech Holdings Limited What’s Next Primech AI expects to announce additional Hytron leasing agreements and deployments across Singapore and target international markets in the coming quarters, as the Company executes its strategy to build a fleet-scale, recurring-revenue robotics business. Primech Holdings Secures Approximately US$24.8 Million Four-Year Contract at a Major Asian Aviation Hub, Adding Significant Recurring Revenue Visibility
Award Reinforces Primech's Position as a Trusted Partner for Mission-Critical, High-Traffic Facility Environments While Strengthening Long-Term Revenue Predictability SINGAPORE, May 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC) (“Primech” or the “Company”), an established technology-driven facility solutions service provider serving public and private sectors across Singapore, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Primech A & P Pte. Ltd. (“Primech A & P”), has been awarded a four-year cleaning services contract with an estimated value of approximately US$24.8 million. The contract was awarded by one of Asia’s largest aviation hubs and covers routine and periodic cleaning services across multiple levels of a high-volume passenger terminal. The award represents one of the most significant single-contract wins in Primech’s operating history and further extends the Company’s growing portfolio of multi-year institutional mandates in the transportation and infrastructure sector. Combined with the approximately US$33 million in multi-year university contracts announced in March 2026, Primech continues to execute on its strategy of securing large, structured service agreements that provide durable, predictable revenue over extended periods. Strengthening Predictable, Long-Term Revenue With an estimated aggregate contract value of approximately US$24.8 million over four years, this award delivers meaningful forward revenue visibility and meaningfully grows Primech’s recurring revenue base. Cleaning services contracts of this scale—spanning a continuous four-year term at one of Asia’s high-traffic operational environments—are characterized by high retention rates, structured service-level requirements, and stable cash flow generation. Multi-year revenue certainty: A four-year term provides clear forward revenue visibility, materially reducing revenue concentration risk. Institutional contract quality: Aviation and transportation mandates are among the most operationally rigorous in the facilities sector, reflecting Primech’s ability to meet the highest compliance and performance standards. Stable cash flow generation: Recurring cleaning contracts underpin consistent operating cash flows independent of broader economic cycles. Increased operating leverage: The contract scale allows the Company to deploy existing manpower infrastructure and digital management systems more efficiently, supporting margin durability over time. High-Traffic, Mission-Critical Operating Environment The contracted scope covers routine and periodic cleaning services across a multi-level passenger terminal at one of Asia’s largest aviation hubs. Aviation terminals represent among the most demanding facility environments in the world—operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to stringent hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards. The ability to consistently deliver high-quality cleaning outcomes in such settings requires a proven operational track record, a disciplined workforce management capability, and the deployment of technology-enabled monitoring and quality assurance systems. Primech’s selection for this contract reflects the confidence the client has placed in the Company’s operational capabilities, service consistency, and technology-driven approach to large-scale facility services solutions. The Company intends to leverage its digitalized management infrastructure—including real-time performance dashboards, data-driven scheduling, and workflow automation to deliver measurable service outcomes throughout the contract term. Institutional Momentum and Long-Term Strategic Positioning This contract award adds to a growing portfolio of large, multi-year mandates that Primech has secured across Singapore’s institutional, public sector, and infrastructure segments. The Company’s strategy centers on winning and retaining long-duration contracts in operationally complex environments where technology integration and service quality create meaningful barriers to entry and competitive differentiation. Management continues to focus on: Expanding recurring, multi-year service contracts: Prioritizing structured long-term awards that provide revenue visibility and reduce earnings volatility. Growing institutional market presence: Deepening penetration across Singapore’s transportation, healthcare, education, and public infrastructure segments. Enhancing long-term shareholder value: Translating revenue scale and operational leverage into sustainable, improving financial performance. The Company believes that structural trends including labor scarcity, rising hygiene compliance standards, and institutional demand for accountable, technology-driven service providers continue to create favorable long-term tailwinds for Primech’s core business model and long-term growth strategy. “This award is a strong affirmation of Primech’s operational capabilities and the trust that major infrastructure operators place in our team,” said Ken Ho, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Primech Holdings. “Securing a four-year mandate of this scale at one of Asia’s most demanding facility environments reflects the depth of our service capabilities and our ability to compete and win at the highest institutional level. We are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for this client while continuing to strengthen our operational excellence and long-term service capabilities.” About Primech Holdings Limited Headquartered in Singapore, Primech Holdings Limited is a leading provider of comprehensive technology-driven facilities services, predominantly serving both public and private sectors throughout Singapore. Company Advances Nationwide Commercial Rollout as Demand for Automation Surges Across U.S. Facilities Sector SINGAPORE, April 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC) (“Primech” or the “Company”), through its autonomous robotics subsidiary Primech AI Pte. Ltd., today announced the acceleration of its U.S. expansion strategy, supported by its selection for the SelectUSA Tech program and participation in the 2026 SelectUSA Investment Summit (May 3–6, 2026, National Harbor, Maryland) following an invitation from the U.S. Embassy in Singapore. This acceleration positions Primech to capitalize on intensifying enterprise demand for AI-powered facility automation and supports the Company’s long-term growth strategy through institutional-scale commercial deployment in the world’s largest facilities services market. The Company is actively advancing a growing pipeline of commercial deployment opportunities across the United States for Hytron, its flagship fully autonomous AI-powered restroom cleaning system, as enterprise demand intensifies for scalable automation solutions addressing persistent labor shortages and rising operating costs. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, SelectUSA facilitated approximately US$139 billion in foreign direct investment deals over the past year, supporting more than 32,000 American jobs across 175 transactions, with the 2025 Summit drawing more than 5,500 participants and over 2,700 business investors from more than 100 countries. Following successful showcases at CMS Berlin and the Tokyo Building & Maintenance Show, and its North American debut at CES 2026, Primech is now executing the next phase of its global strategy: large-scale commercial deployment in the United States. Hytron generated more than 350 qualified enterprise leads from 23 countries at CES 2026, including significant engagement from U.S.-based operators across healthcare, hospitality, transportation, higher education, and commercial real estate. The Company is currently progressing discussions with multiple large-scale U.S. facility operators, including leading hospitality and institutional services providers. Mass production of Hytron commenced in the second quarter of 2026, and Primech has executed distribution agreements across multiple international markets to support scaled commercial rollout. Primech’s selection for SelectUSA Tech highlights its alignment with key U.S. priorities including workforce resilience, supply chain diversification, and the integration of advanced automation into institutional operations. Hytron has demonstrated greater than 99% bacterial reduction in independent testing and received a TechRadar Pro Picks Award at CES 2026. “The United States represents the most significant near-term growth opportunity for Primech AI,” said Ken Ho, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Primech Holdings Limited. “Our selection for SelectUSA Tech and the invitation from the U.S. Embassy in Singapore reflect the tangible operational investments we have made to prepare for scaled U.S. commercialization, from our Delaware subsidiary and Edwardsville office to active engagement with leading American institutional operators. With Hytron mass production having commenced in the second quarter of 2026, distribution agreements in place across multiple international markets, and a clear pipeline of U.S. enterprise deployment opportunities, we are positioned to convert this momentum into meaningful commercial traction, expanded U.S. operational capabilities, and long-term value creation for Primech shareholders.” During the Summit, Primech will engage with U.S. state and local economic development organizations, federal agency representatives, and prospective commercial and channel partners to advance Hytron deployment, expand strategic partnerships, and accelerate U.S. market entry. The Company will provide updates on the outcomes of these engagements through subsequent investor communications. Four-Year University Mandates Strengthen Revenue Visibility, Institutional Positioning, and AI-Driven Automation Strategy SINGAPORE, March 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC), an established technology-driven facility solutions service provider serving public and private sectors across Singapore, today announced that its subsidiaries have secured approximately US$33 million in aggregate multi-year institutional service contracts with one of Singapore’s most prestigious and globally recognized universities. The contracts span two major campus zones over a four-year term and encompass comprehensive cleaning services and on-site waste management. The awards materially expand Primech’s long-term institutional portfolio and add meaningful recurring revenue visibility through 2030. Strengthening Predictable Revenue Base With a total contract value of approximately US$33 million over four years, the engagements enhance Primech’s forward revenue pipeline and reinforce the Company’s strategy of securing structured, multi-year institutional mandates. Institutional contracts of this scale provide: Multi-year revenue certainty Stable cash flow generation Increased operating leverage across existing infrastructure Expanded opportunities for technology-driven margin enhancement The awards further deepen Primech’s penetration within Singapore’s higher education segment, a sector characterized by high operational standards, dense daily foot traffic, and long-term outsourcing relationships. Scaled Robotics Integration Across Institutional Campuses In support of these contracts, Primech will deploy a total of 45 autonomous cleaning robots across both campuses. This large-scale deployment reflects Primech’s ongoing transition from traditional facilities services towards technology-enabled, automation-driven operations. By embedding proprietary robotics into long-term service contracts, the Company aims to: Improve labor productivity amid ongoing manpower constraints Enhance service consistency and quality control Reduce reliance on variable labor inputs Increase long-term margin durability through automation The inclusion of HYTRON units in a major institutional setting also serves as a high-visibility commercial reference deployment for Primech AI’s expanding robotics platform. Digitalized, Data-Driven Service Model Operations across both campuses will be supported by digitalized management systems, incorporating: Real-time monitoring and performance dashboards Data-driven scheduling and manpower optimization Workflow automation Performance analytics and reporting This integrated model allows Primech to operate complex, high-traffic institutional environments with greater transparency, accountability, and sustainability alignment. Institutional Momentum and Long-Term Positioning These contract awards reinforce Primech Holdings’ established presence in Singapore’s institutional and public-sector markets while accelerating the Company’s broader strategy of integrating robotics and AI into core facilities operations. Management continues to focus on: Expanding recurring, multi-year service contracts Scaling robotics integration across large mandates Strengthening operating efficiency through automation Enhancing long-term shareholder value through disciplined growth The Company believes that the convergence of labor scarcity, rising compliance standards, and institutional demand for measurable service performance continues to create favorable structural tailwinds for technology-enabled facilities providers.
