$POYYF From 2025 Annual report : “The Board is assessing longer-term options of an additional listing and believes it will be in a better position to take this step once the remaining legacy legal challenges relating to tolling arrangements have been resolved and significant strategic progress has been made with the launch of Ertis POX.” Unless they change this in 2026 Annual report , management is still in favor of an additional listing. 2028 Second half is a good time. ERTIX POX will be operational in 2028 second half.

$POYYF tendered 2765 shares with Fidelity today. This will get us a bit closer to the share count participation needed.

$POYYF I spoke with Merrill Lynch today and Merrill holders of Solidcore should be receiving the tender offer by Friday. If you don’t receive it by Friday they said to call them on Monday.

$POYYF anyone have shares wirh a brokerage charging a high percentage just to keep them there? I moved mine from aix to wood but now think im realizing they change something like .2% which for me is like $18k/yr. Think i may need to move the shares back to aix for few years until i consider selling them.

$POYYF I am having a problem electronically signing the SIGNI contract with Wood because it requires receiving a 4-digit PIN by phone and my phone is not receiving the PIN. Did anyone encounter this issue? The Wood contact person (Martina) is pretty ineffective and I have to decide whether to take the tender offer by 7 PM EST tonight.

$POYYF Does anyone know the capital gains tax rate for selling the shares on AIX through a foreign broker like Wood? I’m looking to move my shares and possibly sell on the open market as the tender offer discount is too severe.
