ParaZero previously received the same type of extension in 2024, currently appears to meet the key listing requirements, and has reverse-split authorization available if necessary. Current deadline is Nov. 2, 2026. Biggest thing to watch is the $15M public-float market-value requirement. Extension isn’t guaranteed—Nasdaq makes the final determination—but based on current numbers PRZO appears positioned to qualify.

They've added 53% more shares in the past 12 months. They just want to screw retail. They only brought in a little over a million dollars last quarter. I have more in my trading account than they brought in.
