Too early to buy Russell 2000, BofA says

Investing.com -- Bank of America (BofA) relayed a cautious stance on the Russell 2000, suggesting it is too early for investors to buy into the small-cap index despite the recent sell-off.

CoreCivic Rises After Agreement To Resume Operations At Texas Migrant Detention Facility, Retail’s Bullish

The manufacturing sector has been in a recession since November 2022, according to the Institute for Supply Management’s (ISM) manufacturing purchasing managers’ index (PMI).
