$PTKN I keep seeing different people on X comparing our company to other OTC’s and then they bash our share structure when we have not diluted and the CEO has already stated that we can do a buyback eventually as has Allen. We’re in a wild time right now in the OTC, It’s trying to make a comeback and everybody’s fighting for their own company. but the facts remain We have revenue, We are non-dilutive and we are waiting on the restaurant press release to show everybody what we are capable of. I myself missed out on TSNP had a 1 million share purchase order in the trips and canceled it and everybody’s chasing that type of play since then. but if we can get all the investors signed on, see who the restaurant business is and do a share buyback then there’s no telling how high we could go. Johnny has the ability to make this a big company and I think the reason why we haven’t seen the news is because they’re structuring .But until then we hold strong and we wait. Good luck to us all.

$PTKN broke my rule and added more at the bell couldn’t help myself. the restaurant appears to be moving through a SUB/PPM (subscription agreement/private placement memorandum) review, which could allow PTKN/GAIA to bring the business onto the platform without waiting for the much longer Reg A qualification process. If the documents and due diligence are completed successfully, the restaurant could become an early proof-of-concept for GAIA showing that PTKN can take a real operating business, structure it for tokenization, put the offering on the platform, and potentially generate fees and revenue from the transaction. Just as importantly, successfully completing the first deal could give PTKN a real track record to take to other businesses. Going forward, they could potentially tokenize additional restaurants and other private businesses through similar structures, while using Reg A for larger real-estate offerings where access to a broader pool of ordinary investors makes more sense.

$PTKN Allen just confirmed on discord. The new logo was up and this is it. I like it a lot it’s going for the cornucopia/horn. A cornucopia traditionally represents abundance, prosperity, wealth and resources. Now we have the new website and the new logo and then once we get the restaurant business press release GAIA will finally be on its journey scaling into the market to dominate like Johnny said last year when it launched. We are all in this journey together and good luck to us all.

$PTKN our problem can be solved in 2 seconds. Number one, Johnny buys some shares. Publicly, with his own money. Number two lists in P R's the contract that he supposedly signed with the restaurant and shows that tokenization is real.

And from what the Managing partner Allen said in the Discord message below, he said that the Deal Flow is good and a lot of good stuff is underway, and the Company has been very busy working on other deals from what it sounds like, besides the Restaurant, so I would expect some of the other deals that they have been working on since May to also come to light very soon as well. IMO.

The company tends to post filings and some of their PR's later in the day around noon EST or later. Let's see if they drop it to us today!
