$PYXS Gutsy move! I think they are threading the needle here. On one hand, the data looks encouraging, but on the other, as I posted starting ~ 3 years ago, I do not see how their proposed mechanism of action makes sense from a biochemical perspective - why would a toxic molecule released in the matrix near a tumor magically diffuse into the tumor rather than back out into the blood stream from which it came (path or least resistance IMO)? To me these results are exactly what I expect...potentially effective at high dose but with high TRAE's. The combo data coming up should be interesting. Good luck.
