RC Ready Capital Corp

$RC the way this drops every day, it will be trading at 6 cents a share soon. I took at stab at $1.36 because I thought THAT was too low.

$RC down 35% in one month...wow, you would think that they announced themselves as a going concern or something like that.

$RC Delist it and give us the $5 cash; this drop is abnormal—it's far below the actual value.

$RC john Management just announced a refinancing or payoff of all outstanding corporate debt coming due by the end of this year. They have pushed out the maturity of the refinanced debt to 2031. However they have paid a pretty penny for the extension. They are calling in debt with an interest rate of 4.5% and paying for it with debt of 10%. However the principal amount is a little over half of current debt. Now they can start to focus on growing the company and becoming profitable once again. If only the stock price would agree with me. $RC look, the month of September and it's awful stock market history in mid-term years is now OVER....new quarter....and Oct. and Nov. have historically been FANTASTIC months during mid-terms. This constant dropping every day for this stock is getting ridiculous. It's way oversold at this point. WHO is going to step up and buy??!!

$RC 2026 debt mostly gone with about $100 m to be paid from cash on hand pretty soon. With remaining approved buyback budget the could buy half the outstanding stock. Price action doesn’t suggest they are, but I hope so.

$RC redeemed $350M of its 4.5% senior secured notes due 2026 and closed a $225M private placement of 10% notes due 2031.

$RC I am down the rabbit hole and my average is $4. Is it worth buying more or eventually all my $$ will disappear if I keep buying down? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
