$RIGL JMO, but Rigel’s release today 1 week prior to the meeting was to send a message. We’ve got kick butt data next week, followed by earnings the following. Check!

$RIGL the question still remains: Who’s gonna sell these 3+ million shares in order for them to get out? Are they counting on negative sales from Vepp? 😂.. The last forcats was revised higher and still didn’t have any Vepp sales calculated in. These shorts are barely hanging on and are apparently not willing to just cut losses now. Crazy to me.

$RIGL I think we're looking good coming up on Nov earnings. Our Q3 last year was a beat and it's numbers are over what our expected earning are for this quarter... which obviously didn't account for veppanu numbers we'll have this go-around. We've held share price exceptionally well this quarter thus far...so I think we beat in Nov and see a breakout finally above $50...BUT that's just my .02 guestimate. ;) GLTA!

$RIGL Also, interesting that short interest dropped below 3M shares to 2,855,433 shares as of 9/30. So we're down about 1.3M shares short since 4/15 and down 350k shares short since 9/15.

$RIGL data solidifies Gavreto’s position as a premier first-line option, makes Rigel’s oncology portfolio more attractive to potential partners and reinforces prescribing confidence, which will likely boost top-line revenue over time. Couple this with the upcoming Vepp sales and we are positioned well!

$RIGL Just a bit more teeter-tottering in the $46-$49 area while shorts are stuck & retail is seemingly unaware of this gem (typical of retail to only board the ship after the fact)...& then, come the November EC, the SP should surpass the 52-week high of $52.24, &, after that, we'll be off to the races. Granted, the November EC will only show a partial quarter of sales, given it's their first quarter with VEPPANU available, but I think we'll at least see that the baby's kicking. Even if the ramp-up in VEPPANU isn't as fast as we might like (this Q), we're still profitable, growing, & VEPPANU will grow in the coming quarters anyway. This is a great investment. Recall my post from May (https://stocktwits.com/biid/message/653461504), where I state that the first $150M out of the 1B+ market opportunity represented by VEPPANU will be relatively easy for the company to attain. Factor in that they're leveraging existing infrastructure to make that happen, & I feel really confident about the company's chances.

$RIGL got me some more. 20 days until cc. Also not sure if they will drop any news at ESMO end of Oct. I’m thinking not, but 20 days is no time for a growing cash position and upward revisions.

$RIGL Hopefully, this does not bleed too much more before earnings...... It was nice to taste the $50 mark, but now we are back to $46 and who knows in two weeks. I hope these bastards cook Nov 3rd!

$RIGL Some further background. „While a phase 1b study (of R289) might seem like a long way away from bringing the drug to market, the company notes it will engage the regulator about a potential registrational study following phase 1b results ( to happen this q). RIGL's CMO also spoke about the potential to expand R289 into other potential indications with Q2'26 earnings, so R289 could develop into a much more interesting part of RIGL's pipeline in the next six months.” (If the trial is successful and the drug has strong differentiation; therein lies a potential multi-billion $ mkt. An announced trial start of a phase 1b could cause a nice surge in our price!)

$RIGL I noticed a fun thing when I was reviewing some research on RIGL: The Q2/26 comparison to Q2/25....well, golly gee whiz it doesn't look so good. Duh, that's because Q2/25 had that $40M of non-cash revenue. Brilliant research and analysis. The Q3/26 comparison to Q3/25 should make that little issue go away. Then, RIGL will show up big-time on some dumb screens.

$RIGL Rigel Pharmaceuticals has 174 employees (as of late 2025/early 2026 filings), or roughly 172 to 178 depending on exact source breakdown. Comparison (3 Years Ago) • 2023 count: 147 employees (per annual data) (or ~167 in alternate workforce tracking). • Change: Headcount has increased by 27 employees (~18.4% growth from 147 to 174, or ~6.1% from 167 to 178).

The therapy, which was approved in May, works in patients with a specific genetic mutation called ESR1 who have failed hormone therapy, which represents around 1% of all newly diagnosed breast-cancer patients globally. $RIGL Can someone please explain to me why the T/PE ratio is 2.79? How does that make sense? Three and now the fourth drug on the market. No big capex or debt to weight this down, huge institutional ownership. What is going on here?
