$SBFM The real question is why didn’t SBFM formerly introduce Beaudoin as the COO in January 2024 and instead bury the hiring in an 8k? Because COO is not necessarily a public facing position especially if the hiring is a part of a strategic process that involves a highly regarded individual in the generic industry with deep ties to rival companies that maybe construed as bridge mgmt.
