The two entities have signed a sole distributorship agreement, which will see Al Ansari Motors bring Servotech's EV charging capabilities to the potential electric vehicle adopting segment in these markets, SPSL said in a statement on Monday.

Servotech Power Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2023, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.2 per equity Share (i.e. 2%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Servotech Power Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 January 2023.
