The Board of STL Global at its meeting held on 12 September 2023 has approved the appointment of Sanjeev Kumar (DIN: 10296771) as an Additional NonExecutive Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 12 September 2023. The Board also approved the resignation of Satya Narain Aggarwal (DIN: 08712232) from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 12 September 2023.
